Any women who remarries after the death of her husband will have the right over the property of the deceased husband, the Karnataka High Court has ruled.
In a landmark judgement a single bench of the high court headed by Justice Krishna Dikshit said that even if a widow remarries for her future after the death of her husband will not lose the right over the property of the deceased husband.
