ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: “ಯಾರೇ ಏನೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಷ್ಟವಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿ, ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದರೆ ಬೇಡ ಎಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವೇ ಹೇಳಿದೆ. ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ವಿರೋಧ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸದಾಶಿವನಗರದ ನಿವಾಸದ ಬಳಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಭಾನುವಾರ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
“ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಗಣತಿ ಸರಿಯಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಗಣತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸಹಕರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಎರಡು ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮುಗಿಯಲಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟ ಆಯೋಗದವರು ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ” ಎಂದು ಉತ್ತರಿಸಿದರು.
ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲು ಹೋಗಬೇಡಿ
“ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ನಾಗರೀಕರ ಬಳಿ ಕೋಳಿ, ಕುರಿ, ಒಡವೆ, ವಾಷಿಂಗ್ ಮೆಷಿನ್, ಫ್ರಿಜ್ಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೇ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನ ಕೇಳಲು ಹೋಗಬೇಡಿ ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅವರುಗಳು ಏನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೋ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದರು.
Don’t ask personal questions
Bengaluru, Oct 5: Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar today said that the social and educational survey would continue in spite of objections.
Speaking to reporters at his Sadashivanagar residence, he said, “The Court itself has ruled that respondents need not answer certain questions if they do not want. In this backdrop, there is no reason for opposing the survey all together. We are doing this survey as there were objections to the previous survey. I appeal to everyone to co-operate.”
Asked if the survey would be completed in the next couple of days, he said, “The authorities concerned would review the timelines.”
Don’t ask personal information
“I have told the officials not to ask personal information during the interviews. I don’t know what they are going to do.”
