ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: “ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದೇ ನಮಗೆ ವೇದವಾಕ್ಯ. ಅವರ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಗೌರವ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಆಸ್ತಿ. ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶಿಡ್ಲಘಟ್ಟ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಸದಾಶಿವನಗರದ ನಿವಾಸದ ಬಳಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಸೋಮವಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನಾನು, ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಪ್ಪಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಮೇಲೆ ಗೌರವವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಾನಾಗಲಿ ಯಾರೇ ಆಗಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದವರು ಅನವಶ್ಯಕವಾಗಿ ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸುದ್ದಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೀರಿ. ನೀವುಗಳೇ ಅನವಶ್ಯಕ ಗೊಂದಲ ಮೂಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ನನಗೂ ಹಾಗೂ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಗೊಂದಲಗಳಿಲ್ಲ. ಏನಾದರೂ ಇದ್ದರೆ ನಾನು ಹಾಗೂ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಏನೇ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಆಗಿದ್ದರು ಅದು ಒಂದು ಕೊಠಡಿಯ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನ ಒಳಗೆ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಎಐಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಮೊನ್ನೆಯೇ ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಪದೇ, ಪದೇ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸರಿಯೇ? ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಬಂದರೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅವರು ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಬಂದ ನಂತರ ಭೇಟಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ಕೊಡುವುದು ಬೇಡ” ಎಂದರು.
“ನೀವು (ಮಾಧ್ಯಮ) ನನಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಓಡಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೂ ಬಿಡದಂತೆ ಬಾಗಿಲಿನಲ್ಲೇ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದೀರಿ. ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಒಳ ಹೋದರು, ಬಂದರು. ಕಾಫಿ ಕುಡಿದರು, ಉಪಹಾರ ಮಾಡಿದರು, 40-50 ನಿಮಿಷ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಉದ್ವೇಗವನ್ನು ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದೀರಿ. ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳದ್ದೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲ ಯಾವುದೇ ತೊಂದರೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದರು.
ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವವರನ್ನು ಬೇಡ ಎನ್ನಲು ಆಗುತ್ತದೆಯೇ?
ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಕೆಲವರು ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗ ಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವ ಆಸೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ತಪ್ಪೇನಿದೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವವರನ್ನು ಬೇಡ ಎನ್ನಲು ಆಗುತ್ತದೆಯೇ? ದೆಹಲಿಯ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಚೇರಿ ನಮಗೆಲ್ಲ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ಇದ್ದಂತೆ. ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಇದರಿಂದ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಶಿಸ್ತು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಮಾತಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಪಕ್ಷ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿ. ಗುಂಪುಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ, ಡಿನ್ನರ್ ಮೀಟಿಂಗ್ ಗಳ ರೀತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಪಕ್ಷದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋದರೆ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈಗ ಏನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ? ಯಾರಾದರು ಪಕ್ಷದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆಯೇ? ಸಂಪುಟ ಪುನರ್ ರಚನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಮಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಏಕಾಏಕಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಆಗುತ್ತದೆಯೇ?
ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ರಬ್ಬರ್ ಸ್ಟಾಂಪ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಎಂದು ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್- ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಎಂದು ಏಕೆ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರೆ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದಷ್ಟು ನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಸಮಿತಿಯಿದೆ. ನಾನು ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷನಾದ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಏಕಾಏಕಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಆಗುತ್ತದೆಯೇ? ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಜನರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಅಂತಿಮಗೊಳಿಸುವಾಗ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರು, ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು, ಆಂಕಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕರೆದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇಷ್ಟು ಜನ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಂತಹವರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಈ ರೀತಿಯಿದೆ, ಅವರ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆ ಈ ರೀತಿಯಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಳಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಆ ದಾಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಸಮಿತಿ ಎಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಒಬ್ಬರೇ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರಾ? ಹತ್ತಾರು ಜನ ಸೇರಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಹಿಂದಿ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಟ ಧರ್ಮೇಂದ್ರ ಅವರ ನಿಧನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂತಾಪ
“ಹಿಂದಿ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಹಿರಿಯ ನಟ ಧರ್ಮೇಂದ್ರ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಶೋಲೆ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಮೂಲಕ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಬೆಟ್ಟ ಗುಡ್ಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಹತ್ವ ತಂದು ಕೊಟ್ಟವರು. ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮದೇ ಆದ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟವರು. ಅವರ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದವನು ನಾನು. ದೊಡ್ಡ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿ ಬಳಗ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದವರು. ಕೆಲ ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಆತ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಂತಿ ಸಿಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಆ ದೇವರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂದರು.
Siddaramaiah’s words are ‘veda vaakya’: DCM DK Shivakumar
Siddaramaiah is an asset to the party
Bengaluru, Nov 24: Terming Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s words as ‘veda vaakya’, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar today said he would go by his word.
“Siddaramaiah is an asset to the party and I respect his words. We are all working under his guidance,” he told reporters at Shidlaghatta and his Sadashivanagar residence.
Asked about Siddaramaiah’s statement that both him and DK Shivakumar have to listen to the High Command, he said, “We all respect the High command. Neither me nor others have spoken about power sharing, but the media is unnecessarily making news out of it and creating confusion. If there is confusion, we will resolve it with the High command. If any decision has been taken, it has been taken within the four walls.”
Asked why he hasn’t met AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge, he said, “I met him in Delhi the day before yesterday. Is it appropriate to meet him too many times? I don’t want to trouble him, I will take his time if I need to meet him.”
“You (media) are standing at our doorstep and reporting every move of ours. Our getting into our house or drinking tea is also getting reported. We all don’t have any issues among ourselves but we are all troubled by the media,” he added.
We can’t stop people from going to Delhi
Asked about MLAs visit to Delhi, he said, “They have ambition to become ministers, what’s wrong in it? How can we say no to people going to Delhi? Our party office in Delhi is like a temple.”
Asked if this violates party discipline, he said, “It violates party discipline if one goes against the party by issuing anti-party statements, indulge in factionalism and organize dinner meets. What violation does it result in if one goes to Delhi? Has anyone issued a statement against the party? They have gone to Delhi to seek a place in the Cabinet.”
Can it be decided suddenly?
Asked about JDS-BJP making fun of Mallikarjun Kharge as a rubber stamp President of AICC, he said, “Mallikarjun Kharge said High Command because there is a committee in the party which involves multiple leaders. Is it possible to decide on things just because I am the KPCC President? When we finalized four names recently, I had to discuss it with CM, district in charge minister and aspirants. Mallikarjun Kharge has meant that.”
Condolences for Dharmendra’s death
“Actor Dharmendra made the hills of Bengaluru South district famous through the movie Sholay. He made significant contribution to the film industry. I have grown up watching his work. I pray to God that his soul rests in peace,” he condoled the death.
