*ಉದ್ಯಮ ಭೇಟಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಗೋಳಿಸಿದ ಕೆಎಲ್ಎಸ್ ಗೋಗಟೆ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಎಂಬಿಎ ವಿಭಾಗ*
ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ: KLS ಗೋಗಟೆ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ (KLS GIT) MBA ವಿಭಾಗವು ಅನುಭವಾಧಾರಿತ ಕಲಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ಯಮ-ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂವಹನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಭಾಗವಾಗಿ 17, 18 ಮತ್ತು 19 ಜೂನ್ 2026 ರಂದು ಉದ್ಯಮ ಭೇಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತು.
ಈ ಭೇಟಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾರ್ಲೆ ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರಿ (ಸಂಕೋಣಟ್ಟಿ, ಬೈಲಹೊಂಗಲ), ವಿಜಯಕಾಂತ್ ಡೇರಿ (ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ) ಮತ್ತು ಅಕ್ಷಯಪಾತ್ರ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ (ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ) ಸೇರಿದ್ದವು.
ಒಟ್ಟು 178 MBA ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಭೇಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಡಾ. ಗೋವಿಂದರಾಜ್ ಆರ್. ಮಾನೆ, ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು, MBA ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಂಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಸಹಕಾರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.
ಈ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಭೇಟಿಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ಸರಬರಾಜು ಸರಪಳಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ, ಲಾಜಿಸ್ಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಘಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯವಿಧಾನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನೇರ ಅನುಭವ ನೀಡುವುದು. ಇದರಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಉದ್ಯಮ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿ, ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು.
ಪಾರ್ಲೆ ಫ್ಯಾಕ್ಟರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಆಹಾರ ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು, ಕಚ್ಚಾ ವಸ್ತು ಖರೀದಿ, ಉತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಯೋಜನೆ, ಬೇಯಿಸುವುದು, ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜಿಂಗ್, ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿತರಣೆ ಕುರಿತು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡರು.
ವಿಜಯಕಾಂತ್ ಡೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಲು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಸ್ಕರಣೆ, ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ, ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜಿಂಗ್, ಶೀತಗೃಹ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿತರಣೆ ವಿಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಮಾಡಿದರು.
ಅಕ್ಷಯಪಾತ್ರ ಫೌಂಡೇಶನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸೇವಾ ಚೌಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಆಹಾರ ತಯಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿತರಣೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಕಂಡರು. ಆಧುನಿಕ ಅಡುಗೆಮನೆ, ಆಹಾರ ಸುರಕ್ಷತಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳು, ಮಾನದಂಡಿತ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಲಾಜಿಸ್ಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಂಡರು.
ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶಿತ ಕಾರ್ಖಾನೆ ಪ್ರವಾಸ, ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಾದ, ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣಾ ಸವಾಲುಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚೆ ಹಾಗೂ ತಜ್ಞರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೋತ್ತರ ಸತ್ರಗಳು ನಡೆದವು. ಇದರಿಂದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಸ್ಥಳದ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು, ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಸುಧಾರಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರ್ವಹಣಾ ಪದ್ಧತಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಳವಾದ ಅರಿವು ದೊರೆಯಿತು.
ಡಾ. ಜ್ಯೋತಿ ಜಾಮ್ನಾನಿ, MBA ವಿಭಾಗದ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು, ಉದ್ಯಮ ಭೇಟಿಗಳು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಚಿಂತನೆ, ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸಲು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಅಗತ್ಯವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

Department of MBA, KLS Gogte Institute of Technology Organizes Industrial Visits for Experiential Learning
The Department of MBA, KLS Gogte Institute of Technology (GIT), Belagavi, successfully organized a series of industrial visits to Parle Factory, Sankonatti (Bailhongal), Vijayakanth Dairy, Belagavi, and Akshaya Patra Foundation, Hubballi on 17, 18, and 19 June 2026 as part of its experiential learning and industry-academia engagement initiatives.
A total of 178 MBA students participated in the programme under the coordination of Dr. Govindraj R. Mane, Assistant Professor, Department of MBA, along with faculty members from the department.
The primary objective of the industrial visits was to provide students with practical exposure to production systems, supply chain management, quality control processes, logistics, and organizational operations. The initiative aimed to enhance students’ industry readiness and strengthen their managerial competencies through application-oriented learning.
During the visit to Parle Factory, students gained valuable insights into large-scale food manufacturing processes, including raw material procurement, production planning, baking, packaging, storage, and distribution. They also observed advanced automation technologies and quality assurance practices adopted in modern manufacturing.
At Vijayakanth Dairy, students explored dairy procurement and processing operations, quality testing, packaging, cold storage systems, and distribution mechanisms. The visit provided practical understanding of operational efficiency and customer-centric service delivery in the dairy sector.
The visit to Akshaya Patra Foundation offered a unique perspective on large-scale food preparation and distribution under a social service framework. Students observed modern kitchen operations, food safety protocols, standardized processes, and logistics systems that support large-scale community service.
The programme included guided plant tours, interaction sessions with management personnel, discussions on operational challenges, and question-and-answer sessions with industry experts. These interactions enabled students to gain deeper insights into workplace expectations, process optimization, and management practices.
Dr. Jyoti Jamnani, HOD, Department of MBA emphasized that industrial visits are essential in developing analytical thinking, decision-making ability, and professional competence among management students.
