Police Bike Hits Kagwad Tahasildar Car, Tahasildar Prameela Escapes with Minor Injuries
Pragativahini News, Manjari (Chikkodi) : Kagwad Tahasildar Prameela Deshpande and her husband had a lucky escape as the car they were travelling-in met an accident near Manjari village on Sunday afternoon. Tahasildar Prameela sustained minor injurious while her husband driver the car is safe.
The car was hit by Police Constable Shivanand Patil attached to Aigali police station. He was on his bike to report the duty at Koganolli check-post in the Karnataka-Maharashtra border. He was said to be in drunken state when the accident occurred.
The Ankali police have registered a case.
