On Thursday, Savadi signed on his order papers and handed over to the secretary of the Transport Ministry. Initially, the office will start functioning in a rented building and later to his own building, planned to be constructed shortly.
Savadi who represented four-term from Athani instructed the ministry to draft the required staff and hand him over so that he could get nod from administrative and finance departments.
