Case Files Against Mumbai Returned C-19 Woman’s Hubby, Brother 

Pragativahini News, Belagavi  : As entered the state without permission, the district administration has filed case against Mumbai returned C-19 woman’s husband, brother and the car driver from Mumbai, at APMC police station on Thursday. 
The 27-year-old woman from Sadashiv nagar who was married to a Mumbai based person is pregnant for 5 month and returned to her native for delivery purpose on May 11. They hired a taxi from Mumbai and obtained the pass to visit Karnataka, however, didn’t obtained permission from Karnataka. It was not known how they entered the state from checkpoint at Koganolli in Karnataka border near Nippani.
The woman whose swab was sent to test on May 11 was detected her as virus affected on Thursday. She was rushed to the COVID-19 ward at the district hospital and her family members at the Isolation ward of the same hospital. Her sister-in-law who is staying at her home at Sadashiv nagar is also carrying for two months who has also been admitted at the Isolation ward.
The positive woman’s neighbours have been instructed to be in home quarantined for 14-days whose swabs were also sent to test. Six different cases under IPC sections were filed against the woman’s husband,  brother and driver.
The district administration has appealed people to call 0831-2407290 if found people from outstation comes to their locality.
