ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: “ನಾನು ನನ್ನ ವಾಚ್ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲೆಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕೋ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಾನು ಈ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರೆ ಇಂದೇ ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡುವೆ, ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ ಅವರು ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರಾ..” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಸವಾಲೆಸೆದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಗುರುವಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ವಾಚ್ ಕದ್ದದ್ದೋ, ಕೊಂಡದ್ದೋ ಎಂಬ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕ ಛಲವಾದಿ ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಅನುಭವವಿಲ್ಲ. ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ವಿಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ ಪರಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಬರೀ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವುದಲ್ಲ. ಅವರಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಿಂದ ನಾನು ವರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಅವರೂ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಿಂದ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದನ್ನು ಕಲಿಯಬೇಕು. ನಾನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿರುವ ದಾಖಲೆ ವಿಚಾರ ಒತ್ತಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಇರಲಿ, ಅವರೇ ಹೋಗಿ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಲಿ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ ಆದಾಯ ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ದಾಖಲೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅದನ್ನು ಅವರೂ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
2018 ಹಾಗೂ 2023ರಲ್ಲಿ ತೋರಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಅವರ ವಾದ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಅವರಿಗೇನು ಗೊತ್ತು? 2025 ರಲ್ಲೂ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೀನಲ್ಲಾ..?” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಸದನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಸದನದಲ್ಲೂ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಲಿ, ಬೇರೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾದರೂ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಲಿ. ಯಾರು ಬೇಡ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಾರೆ. ದೇಶದೆಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಲಿ. ನನ್ನ ದಾಖಲೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲವಾದರೂ ನಾನು ಆ ವಾಚ್ ಕದ್ದಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರಲ್ಲ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ತೋರಿಸಿರುವೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿರುಗೇಟು ನೀಡಿದರು.
ನವಿಲು ನೋಡಿ ಕೆಂಬೂತ ಪುಕ್ಕ ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡಂತೆ ಆಡಬೇಡಿ:
ಇದಕ್ಕೂ ಮುನ್ನ ಗುರುವಾರ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ತಿರಗೇಟು ನೀಡಿದ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು, “ಮಿಸ್ಟರ್ ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ, ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ ನೋಡಿ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರೋ ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್! ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿರೋ ನೀವು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಬಾಯಿ ತೆವಲಿಗಾಗಿ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಬಂದಂತೆ ಸುಳ್ಳು ಹೇಳಬಾರದು. ಇದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಘನತೆ ತರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾನು ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ. ಏನನ್ನೂ ಮುಚ್ಚಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು ಅಂತಲೇ ನಿಜ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಮಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾದ ವಾಚ್ ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಯೋಗ್ಯತೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ? ಹಕ್ಕು ಇಲ್ಲವೇ..? “ನವಿಲು ನೋಡಿ ಕೆಂಬೂತ ಪುಕ್ಕ ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡಂತೆ” ಆಡಬೇಡಿ. ನಿಮಗಿರೋ ಸಾಂವಿಧಾನಿಕ ಅಧಿಕಾರ, ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ವಿವೇಕದಿಂದ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಿ. ಅವಿವೇಕಿಯಂತೆ ಆಡಬೇಡಿ..! ಬೇಕಿದ್ದರೆ ಲೋಕಾಯುಕ್ತ ಕಚೇರಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ನನ್ನ ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್ ಚೆಕ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ” ಎಂದು ಹರಿಹಾಯ್ದರು.
I will resign if I have lied with respect to my watch; will Narayanaswamy resign if he has lied?: DCM DK Shivakumar
Bengaluru: Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar today said he would resign if he has lied about his watches and challenged if MLC Narayanaswamy would resign if he had lied.
“I have provided correct information about my watches to Lokayukta and all authorities concerned. I will resign today if I have given false information on this. If not, will Narayanaswamy resign?,” the DCM asked while speaking to reporters.
Asked about Narayanaswamy’s statement if the watch was purchased or stolen, he said, “Narayanaswamy doesn’t have experience yet. There must be basic common sense to talk about anything. He should not speak for the sake publicity. He has to be responsible in his statements. I have given all the details to Lokayukta, he can go and verify.”
Asked about Narayanaswamy raising question about not disclosing his watches in the affidavits of 2018 and 2023, he said, “What does he know? I have mentioned it even in 2025 affadavit.”
When pointed to his plan of discussing this in the upcoming Assembly session, he said, “Let him debate this in the Assembly or across the country. I don’t have to show any document to him but I did as he accused me of stealing.”
In a reply to Narayanaswamy on social media platform X, the DCM had posted the affidavit that he had submitted to the Lokayukta. “Everyone, including myself and Siddaramaiah have the right to wear the watch of their choice. Your behaviour has to befit the position you hold.”
