ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: “ವಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು, ನಾವು ವಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳನ್ನು ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸ್ವೀಕಾರರ್ಹ. ಆದರೆ ಎಲ್ಲದಕ್ಕೂ ಒಂದು ಮಿತಿ ಎಂಬುದು ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ವಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಈ ದೇಶದ ಕಾನೂನನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿವೆ” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಬಳಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಆಧಾರರಹಿತ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿಯಿಂದ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ನಾವು ಸಹ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದವರಿಗೆ ಕಾನೂನಿಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಡಿ ಎಂದು ಸಂದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಪಕ್ಷ ಅಥವಾ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ತನಗೆ ಇರುವ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹೀಗೆ ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಾರದು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾನೂನು ಕ್ರಮದ ಮೊರೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಕಾನೂನು ತನ್ನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಬ್ರಾಂಡ್ ಎಂದು ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಹಂಚಿಕೆ ಗುದ್ದಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ರೀತಿ ಬಿಂಬಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆರೋಪದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಅವರು ಏನು ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೋ ಮಾಡಲಿ” ಎಂದರು.
Criticism has limits too; Opposition is misusing freedom given by law: DCM DK Shivakumar
Bengaluru, Jan 30: Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar today said that he welcomed criticism but added that everything had a limit.
Speaking to reporters at Vidhana Soudha, he said, “It is acceptable that Opposition criticises us and we criticise them. But ecerything has a limit. The Opposition parties are misusing the freedom provided by the law.”
Asked about KPCC filing a complaint about a baeless post of the BJP, he said, “I have sent clear instructions to our party members not to make any criticisms which are not permissible by law. No individual or party must misuse the freedom like this. Hence, we had to go legal. Law will take its course.”
Asked about BJP’s criticism of a social media post on INC Karnataka handle projecting him as a brand, he said, “Let them say whatever they want.”
