ಡಿ. 8 ರಂದು ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಪಕ್ಷ ಸಂಸದರ ಸಭೆ ಮಾಡಿ ವಾಪಸ್ಸಾಗಲು ನಿರ್ಧಾರ
ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: “ನಾನು ಹಾಗೂ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರು ಉಪಾಹಾರ ಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ, ದೆಹಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಪಕ್ಷ ಸಂಸದರ ಸಭೆ, ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚಳಿಗಾಲದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಕಾರ್ಯತಂತ್ರಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಪಕ್ಷ, ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವಿಚಾರಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಉಪಹಾರ ಕೂಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸದಾಶಿವನಗರ ನಿವಾಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಉಪಾಹಾರ ಕೂಟದ ಬಳಿಕ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಜತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
“ನಾನು ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉಪಾಹಾರ ಕೂಟಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮೊದಲು ಕರೆದಿದ್ದೆ. ಅವರು ಮೊದಲು ನೀವೇ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬನ್ನಿ, ಆಮೇಲೆ ಬರುತ್ತೇನೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದರು. ಅದರಂತೆ ನಾನು ಅವರ ಮನೆಗೆ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೆ. ಇಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ನಾವಿಬ್ಬರೂ ಬಹಳ ಸಂತೋಷದಿಂದ ಉಪಹಾರ ಸೇವಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯವಾಗಿಯೂ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಪದವೀಧರ ಹಾಗೂ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂತಿಮಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಈ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ನಾವಿಬ್ಬರೂ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ರಣದೀಪ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಸುರ್ಜೆವಾಲ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಪಕ್ಷ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
“ಅಧಿವೇಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು, ಶಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾದ ಸಂದೇಶಗಳು, ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಯಾವೆಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಚಾರ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಚಾರ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದರು, ನಾವು ಒಂದೇ ಧ್ವನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎದುರಿಸಲು ಸಿದ್ಧರಿದ್ದೇವೆ” ಎಂದರು.
“ಇನ್ನು ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಸರ್ವಪಕ್ಷ ಸಂಸದರ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಡಿ.8 ರಂದು ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ವಾಪಸ್ಸಾಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಮೇಕೆದಾಟು ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ತೀರ್ಪು ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಮೆಕ್ಕೆಜೋಳ ದರ ವಿಚಾರ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ, ನೀರಾವರಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುದಾನ ಬಾರದಿರುವ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಸಂಸದರ ಜತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಸಭೆಗೆ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ವಿರೋಧ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ನಾಯಕರನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ನಿಮ್ಮ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪರವಾಗಿ ನಿಂತಿದ್ದ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಶಾಸಕರು, ಸಚಿವರು ಒಂದಾಗಿ ಸಾಗುತ್ತಾರಾ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಬೇರೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ನೀವುಗಳು (ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳು) ಬೇರೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ” ಎಂದರು.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಸದನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಅವರು ಮಾಡಲಿ, ಯಾವ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ? ಅವರದ್ದು ಖಾಲಿ ಟ್ರಂಕ್” ಎಂದರು.
ಸಮಯ ಸಿಕ್ಕರೆ ಸೋನಿಯಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀರಾ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಅವರು ಕರೆದರೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಆರ್.ವಿ ದೇವರಾಜ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಂತಾಪ
ಆರ್.ವಿ ದೇವರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ನಿಧನದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಆರ್.ವಿ. ದೇವರಾಜ್ ಹಾಗೂ ನಾವು ಬಹಳ ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಒಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಸೇವಾದಳದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಅವರು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. 1989ರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಶಾಸಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ಕೆಎಸ್ಆರ್ ಟಿಸಿ ಅದ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವನ್ನು ಎಸ್.ಎಂ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರು. ನಂತರ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಿಷ್ಠಾವಂತ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೆ.ಆರ್ ಮಾರುಕಟ್ಟೆಯಿಂದ ಹೂವನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬಂದು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರು ಪ್ರಬುದ್ಧವಾದ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗದ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮುದಾಯದವರನ್ನು ಒಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಅವರನ್ನು ಸಣ್ಣ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಕಳೆದ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂಡಾಯ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಿಂದ ಅವರು ಸೋಲನುಭವಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರ ಪತ್ನಿ ಸಮಾಜ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಪುತ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟರ್ ಆಗಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ಆತ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಂತಿ ಸಿಗಲಿ, ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರು, ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳು ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ ಈ ನೋವು ಭರಿಸುವ ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಭಗವಂತ ಕರುಣಿಸಲಿ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
Discussion on candidates for Council elections, strategies for winter session in breakfast meeting with CM: DCM DK Shivakumar
All-party MPs meet on December 8 in Delhi
Bengaluru, Dec 2: Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar said that finalization of candidates for Council elections, all-party MPs meeting in Delhi, strategies for winter session of the Assembly were among the topics discussed in the breakfast meeting with the CM.
Speaking to reporters after the breakfast meeting at his Sadashivanagar residence, he said, “We had a good breakfast meeting. Among the topics discussed during the breakfast meeting was the finalization of candidates for the Graduates and Teachers constituency elections. We also had a discussion on this with AICC General Secretary Randeep Singh Surjewala. We had a discussion on the government and party as well. We discussed strategies to counter the Opposition in the winter session. We are prepared to take on the Opposition during the session. We also discussed politics.”
“We also discussed holding an all-party meeting of state’s MPs in Delhi. We have decided to go to Delhi on December 8, hold the meeting and come back on the same day. We need to assign responsibilities to the MPs to protect state’s interests with respect to Mekedatu, MSP for maize and sugarcane, and grants for rural development, urban development and irrigation projects. We have decided to take to this meeting Leaders of Opposition in Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council and JDS leaders as well,” he explained.
Asked if party MLAs who stood by him would get along with the ministers, he said, “No one is different in our party. You (media) is creating this.”
Asked about BJP and JDS’ plan to protest in the session, he said, “What will they protest against? They are an empty trunk.”
Asked if he would meet Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi if has time during the all-party meeting, he said, “I will meet them if they ask me to.”
Condolences to R V Devaraj
Replying to a question on the demise of former Congress MLA R V Devaraj, he said, “R V Devaraj and I have worked in the party for a long time. He had worked as the president of Sevadal as well. He became the chairman of KSRTC after becoming an MLA in 1989. Later, he vacated his seat for S M Krishna. He later became an MLC. He was an honest party worker. He always used to send flowers for any function of the party from K R Market. He met me just three days ago. He was an able leader of the backward classes. We have lost him at a young age. I extend my condolences to his family.”
