There is a steep rise in the fine to be imposed on the traffic rule violators in the state and the rule has come in to the force with immediate effect.
For over speed and the use of mobile during the driving the fine is Rs. 1000 first time ad will be doubled second time. If the driver or rider donor possesses the insurance certificate or fitness certificate the fine will be Rs. 2000 first time and Rs. 5000 second time. Vehicle owner without registration has to pay Rs. 5000 first time and Rs. 10000 second time. Rs. 1000 has been fixed as a fine for irresponsible driving and parking the vehicle in the no-parking area.
