ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: “ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ನನ್ನ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇವಲ ಹಿಟ್ ಅಂಡ್ ರನ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೇ ಹಾಡಬೇಕು. ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳೇ ಒಂದು ಸೂಕ್ತ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಿ. ನಾನು, ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಿದ್ಧ” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಸವಾಲೆಸೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಕಚೇರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ನೀವು ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ದಿನ ಹತ್ತಿರವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರಲ್ಲಾ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದಲೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಿಸಲೇಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಸಂಕಲ್ಪ ಮಾಡಿ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗಲೂ ಅದನ್ನೇ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಅವರೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು, ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ದಿನ ಹತ್ತಿರಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹಬ್ಬ ಮುಗಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ನನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಇರುವ ದಾಖಲೆ ಜನರ ಮುಂದಿಡಲಿ
“ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಸೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಾಗಲಿ. ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬ ನನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆಸುವ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರ ಹೊಸತಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ನನ್ನ ತಂಗಿ, ತಮ್ಮ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮೇಲೂ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊನೆ ಹಾಡಬೇಕು. ಈಗಲೂ ಅದನ್ನೇ ಮುಂದುವರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದಾಗಿ ಅವರೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು, ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವ ದಿನ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬರುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕರೆಸಿ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಸಾತನೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಟಿ- 20 ಪಂದ್ಯ ನಡೆದಂತೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿ. ನಾನು ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೆ. ಅವರು ಸಂಸತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋದರು. ಅವರ ಬದಲು ಬೇರೆ ನಾಯಕರ ಜೊತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡೋಣ ಎಂದರೆ ಅವರ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನಮಗೆ ಸರಿಸಮನಾದ ನಾಯಕರಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಮಧ್ಯಮಗಳೇ ನಮ್ಮ ನಡುವಿನ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲಿ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಬಾರಿ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೆ, ಈಗಲೂ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಸುಮ್ಮನೇ ಹಿಟ್ ಅಂಡ್ ರನ್ ಮಾಡುವುದಲ್ಲ. ನನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಅವರು ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಆರೋಪಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಬಹಿರಂಗ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿ. ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಇರುವ ಭಂಡಾರದಿಂದ ನಾನು ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು ಇಡುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಅವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಭಂಡಾರದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಇರುವ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಜನರ ಮುಂದಿಡಲಿ” ಎಂದು ಕುಟುಕಿದರು.
“ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಹಾಕುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಇರುವುದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ. ನನ್ನ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರೇ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರಂತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನ್ಯಾಯದೀಶರಂತೆ ವರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅವರೂ ಕೂಡ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ” ಎಂದು ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯವಾಡಿದರು.
ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಿಯೋಗ ಹೋಗಲು ಸಿದ್ಧ
ನೆರೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರವು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಜೊತೆ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಬೆಳೆಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರ ಸಲಹೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಸಚಿವರು. ಅವರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲೇ, ನಾಯಕತ್ವದಲ್ಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ನಿಯೋಗ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಧಾನಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಬಳಿ ಹೋಗಲು ಸಿದ್ಧ. ಅವರು ಮಂಡ್ಯ, ರಾಮನಗರ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಸಹಕಾರ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗುತ್ತಾರೋ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಲು ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಿದ್ಧ. ಅಥವಾ ಅವರ ಮಗ ಹೇಳಿದಂತೆ ಅವರದೇ ಜಮೀನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೂ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡುತ್ತೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ನಾನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನವನು, ನನ್ನ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಇದೆ
ಬಿಡದಿ ಟೌನ್ ಶಿಪ್ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಗಾಗಿ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ರಿಯಲ್ ಎಸ್ಟೇಟ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವರಿಂದ ಹೇಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನವನು ನನ್ನ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಇದೆ. ನಾನು ಹೊರಗಿನಿಂದ ಬಂದು ಜಮೀನು ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಹರಿಹಾಯ್ದರು.
ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿಯೇ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಲಿ
ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರ ಜಮೀನು ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಅವರು ಈಗಲೂ ಅಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ದೂರು ಕೊಡಿಸಿ, ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಿಸಲಿ. ನನಗೆ ಅಂತಹ ದಾರಿದ್ರ್ಯ ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ನೆರೆ ಪೀಡಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಸಂಬಂಧ ಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಚಿವರು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಕೂಡ ಹೋಗಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಜೆಕ್ಷನ್ ಶುಲ್ಕ ವಿಧಿಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಅದೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಸುಳ್ಳು, ಕೆಲವು ಉದ್ಯಮಿಗಳು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ನಾಗರೀಕರಿಗೆ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದಾಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇರುವವರು ಕೆಲವು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಾವು ಆ ಸಲಹೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮುಂದಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪವಿರಬೇಕು, ನಮ್ಮ ಮುಂದೆ ಇಂತಹ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಗಳಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ನಿವಾಸದ ಮನೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಕಳಪೆ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದು, ಈಗ ಮತ್ತೆ ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಶಾಸಕರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳೂ ಕಳಪೆಯೇ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸಂಪುಟ ಪುನಾರಚನೆಯ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲವು ಸಚಿವರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ನನಗೆ ಈ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇರುವವರು ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ನಾಡಿನ ಜನತೆಗೆ ದಸರಾ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಶುಭಾಷಯಗಳು
“ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮಹಾಜನತೆಗೆ ದಸರಾ ಹಬ್ಬದ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು. ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಮಳೆ ಬೆಳೆ ಆಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಶುಭ ಕೋರುತ್ತೇನೆ. ತಾಯಿ ಚಾಮುಂಡೇಶ್ವರಿಗೆ ಪೂಜೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ದಸರಾ ಹಬ್ಬ ಆಚರಣೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಈ ಬಾರಿ 11 ದಿನಗಳ ದಸರಾ ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ದುಃಖವನ್ನು ದೂರ ಮಾಡುವ ದೇವಿ ದುರ್ಗಾದೇವಿ. ಆ ದೇವಿಗೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಅಲಂಕಾರ ಮಾಡಿ ಹಬ್ಬ ಆಚರಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಮಂಗಳವಾರದಂದು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಕಚೇರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯುಧ ಪೂಜೆ ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಗಾಯಕ ಜುಬಿನ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾಂಜಲಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿ
“ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತ ಸಂಗೀತ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರು, 40 ಭಾಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಡಿರುವ ಗಾಯಕರು, 12 ವಾದ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನುಡಿಸಬಲ್ಲ ಕಲಾವಿದರಾದ ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನ ಜುಬಿನ್ ಗಾರ್ಗ್ ಅವರ ಆಕಸ್ಮಿಕ ನಿಧನ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರ ಆತ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಂತಿ ಸಿಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ಪಕ್ಷದ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಪಕ್ಷದ ಸೂಚನೆ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನಾನು ಬುಧವಾರ ಅವರ ಶ್ರದ್ಧಾಂಜಲಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಲು ತೆರಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಚಿಕ್ಕ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಮಹಾನ್ ಕಲಾವಿದರು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಅಗಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಗೌರವ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

Bengaluru, Sep 30:
Calling on Union Minister H D Kumaraswamy to stop his baseless ‘hit and run’ style accusations, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar today challenged him for a public debate.
Speaking to reporters at the KPCC office and Vidhana Soudha, he said, “Kumaraswamy is doing ‘hit and run’ on me. This needs to end. Let the media facilitate an open debate, I am ready to take him on publicly.”
Asked about Kumaraswamy’s statement that DK Shivakumar may go to jail soon, he said, “Kumaraswamy has been conspiring for a long time to send me to jail. He is continuing the same rant now. I will respond to him after the festival.”
Present the documents before the people
“Kumaraswamy has spoken his mind, I wish him good luck. His family’s conspiracy against my family is not new. He is now saying that I may go to jail soon. I had challenged him to come to the Assembly and debate me, but he went to the Parliament. Let the media prepare a platform, I will debate him publicly. Let us have an open debate on his allegations. I will present the documents, let him present his documents. Only the Judges have the authority to send one to jail. Kumaraswamy is talking like a judge, but he is also going to the court for hearings of his many cases,” he said.
Ready to send state delegation to Delhi under the leadership HDK
Asked about Kumaraswamy’s suggestion that the state government must develop a cordial relation with the Centre to get more funds, he said, “Kumaraswamy is the Union Minister. The state delegation is ready to go to Delhi under his leadership. He has also said that he would create industries in the state including Mandya and Ramanagara districts and has sought our help. Our government is ready to provide all necessary help to set up the industrial parks. We are ready to provide permission if he sets up industries in his own land as well.”
I am a Bangalorean, my properties are in Bengaluru
Asked about the allegation that Bidadi Township was being done for regal estate gains, he said, “I don’t have to learn about real estate from him. I am a Bangalorean and all my properties are in Bengaluru. I am not an outsider who has come and bought properties in Bengaluru.”
Replying to Kumaraswamy’s allegation that Brahmin’s land has been usurped, he said, “I haven’t fallen so badly to do such a thing. Let him get a formal complaint registered and seek investigation.”
Congestion tax
Asked if congestion tax has been decided for Bengaluru, he said, “It is false. Some industrialists have advised that in the interest of Bangaloreans. It must be a proposal before the Union government. We don’t have any such proposal before us.”
Asked about statements of some of the ministers on Cabinet reshuffle, he said, “I don’t have any information on that. Those who have information on that speak about it.”
Dasara greetings to people
“I extend greetings to the people of Karnataka on the occasion of Dasara. We celebrated Ayudha pooja at the party office and Vidhana Soudha. The state has received good rains and I seek the blessings of Goddess Chamundeshwari for the state,” he said.
Zubeen Garg tribute
“I am deeply saddened by the untimely death of musician Zubeen Garg. I am travelling to Assam to participate in the programme organised to pay tributes to the great musician as per the directions of the government,” he added.
