ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕರು ಬೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡಿದಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಮಾವೇಶ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಅದು ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಲು ಮಾಡಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಿಸಿದರು.
ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಸಮಾವೇಶ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ಒಡಕನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರೂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ ಪರ ಮಾತಾಡಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಡಿಕೆಶಿಗೆ ಪಾಠ ಕಲಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಪಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲು ಈ ಸಮಾವೇಶ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಡಿಕೆಶಿ ಈಗ ಎರಡನೇ ದರ್ಜೆಯ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವಲ್ಲ. ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ ಅವರನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಲು ಗುದ್ದಲಿ ಪೂಜೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಇದು ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಜಗಳ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಬೀಳಿಸುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಕಲಹದಿಂದಲೇ ಬಿದ್ದುಹೋಗಲಿದೆ. ಸುರ್ಜೇವಾಲ ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಶಾಸಕರ ಅಹವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರ ಜಗಳ ಜನರ ಮುಂದೆ ಬಯಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಎಐಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಸಮಾವೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೀಳಾಗಿ ಮಾತಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಬೊಗಳುತ್ತಾರೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವುದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಛಲವಾದಿ ನಾರಾಯಣಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಗಾದೆಮಾತು ಹೇಳಿದಾಗ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇವರೇ ಮಾತಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಇನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಇವರು ಈ ರೀತಿ ಕೀಳಾಗಿ ಮಾತಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಹೋಳು
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಾಡದೆ ಹೋಳು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್‌ ಜಾಮ್‌, ಪ್ರವಾಹ, ಕಸದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಯಾವುದು ಕೂಡ ಈ ಕ್ರಮದಿಂದ ನಿವಾರಣೆಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾಡಪ್ರಭು ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡರು ಕಟ್ಟಿದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರನ್ನು ಒಡೆದರೆ ಪ್ರಗತಿಯಾಗಲ್ಲ. ಬ್ರ್ಯಾಂಡ್‌ ಎಂಬ ಸ್ಲೋಗನ್‌ನಿಂದ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಗರವನ್ನು ಒಡೆಯುವುದರಿಂದ ಆದಾಯ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ ಉಂಟಾಗಿ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಕಲಹ ಉಂಟಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲೂ ಕಸದ ಘಟಕ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಕಸವನ್ನು ಹೊರವಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಗಿಸಿದರೆ, ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಜನರು ಹೇಳಬಹುದು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಜಗಳವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಕೇಂದ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗುಂಡಿ ಬಿದ್ದ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳನ್ನು ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬಳಿ ಹಣವಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಗಟ್ಟಿಯಾದ ಬಂಡೆಗಳಿವೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಂಗ ಕೊರೆದು ರಸ್ತೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ಸಚಿವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇದರ ಬದಲು ಮೆಟ್ರೊ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಿದರೆ ಸಾಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮೆಟ್ರೊ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಿದರೆ, ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್‌ ಜಾಮ್‌ ನಿವಾರಣೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಇವರು ಲಾಟರಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಎಂದು ಶಾಸಕರೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರು ಜನನಾಯಕರಲ್ಲ, ಚುನಾಯಿತ ಸಿಎಂ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ತಾವು ಲಾಟರಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.
Meeting Held to Finish DK Shivakumar, Not a Government Program: Opposition Leader R Ashoka
Bengaluru: Congress party leaders are fighting on the streets. The meeting held by CM Siddaramaiah was not a government program but an event organized to sideline DK Shivakumar, according to Opposition Leader R Ashoka.
Speaking to reporters, he said the meeting conducted by CM Siddaramaiah exposed the internal rift within Congress. No one spoke in favor of DK Shivakumar at the event. The meeting was held to teach DK Shivakumar a lesson and to humiliate him. DK Shivakumar has now become a second-tier leader. It was not a government program; it was a ritual to finish off DK Shivakumar, he said.
This is an internal feud between DK Shivakumar and Siddaramaiah. The BJP does not need to topple this government; it will collapse due to Congress’s internal conflicts. Surjewala came to the state and listened to the grievances of MLAs. Their disputes are now out in the open, he added.
AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge spoke disparagingly about Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Mysuru meeting. Calling the PM a “barker” reflects the mindset of Congress leaders. Previously, when Chaluvarayaswamy used a proverb, they spoke about culture. Now, knowing they won’t come to power, they are resorting to such low-level remarks, he said.
Bengaluru Mess
Bengaluru has been ruined instead of developed. Issues like traffic jams, flooding, and garbage problems will not be resolved by these measures. Dividing the Bengaluru built by Nadaprabhu Kempegowda will not lead to progress. Development is being claimed merely with the “Brand Bengaluru” slogan. Dividing the city will create disparities in revenue sharing, leading to more conflicts. There are no waste processing units in central Bengaluru. If garbage is sent to the outskirts, locals there might refuse to accept it, which will lead to further disputes, he said.
A proposal for a tunnel road has been submitted to the central government. The state government lacks funds to repair pothole-ridden roads. Bengaluru has hard rocks, making it impossible to build tunnel roads here. We will meet the Union Highway Minister to clarify the tunnel road issue. Instead, focusing on the metro project would suffice. Expanding the metro project further would help resolve traffic congestion, he said.
MLAs themselves have called Siddaramaiah a “lottery CM.” He is neither a people’s leader nor an elected CM. Henceforth, Siddaramaiah should call himself a “lottery Chief Minister,” he concluded.
