ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ಒಂದು ವಾರ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲು ಮನವಿ
ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ, ಕಾನೂನು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಲೋಪ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವಾರು ವಿಷಯಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ದೀರ್ಘ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಆಗಬೇಕಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಒಂದು ವಾರ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ, ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್ ಯು.ಟಿ.ಖಾದರ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 8 ರಿಂದ 19 ರವರೆಗೆ ಅಧಿವೇಶನ ನಡೆಸಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಾರಣಾಂತರಗಳಿಂದ ಎರಡು ದಿನ ಮೊಟಕುಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜ್ವಲಂತ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿವೇಶವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ವಾರ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವರು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶಾಸಕರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಹಲವು ಗಂಭೀರ ವಿಷಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಸಚಿವರು ಇನ್ನೂ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಸಿದಿರುವ ಕಾನೂನು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುದಾನ ಬಳಕೆಯ ಕಳಪೆ ಸಾಧನೆ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ವಿಚಾರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲು ಶಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸಮಯಾವಕಾಶದ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿಯ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ತೋರಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರುವ 3.22 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು ಬಾಕಿ ಉಳಿದಿವೆ. ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಹಲವು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ ಅಧಿಕ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಗಂಭೀರ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಿ ಪರಿಹಾರ ಕಂಡುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ವಾರ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೂಡಲೇ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

The session in Belagavi was scheduled to be held from December 8 to 19. It has been shortened by two days due to certain reasons. Burning issues of the state need to be discussed. In this context, he has urged to extend the session by one week.
The Chief Minister and ministers still need to respond to several serious issues raised by legislators regarding problems in North Karnataka. In addition, legislators require sufficient time to discuss various matters, including the collapsed law and order situation in the state and the poor performance in utilization of grants in various government departments. The government has shown negligence in the matter of ration cards. More than 3.22 lakh applications submitted for ration cards across Karnataka remain pending. Among them, a large number of applications are from several districts in North Karnataka and Bengaluru. Such serious issues need to be discussed and solutions found. Therefore, a decision should be taken immediately to extend the session by one week, he stated.
