The rain and wind caused havoc in the part of Belagavi city on Tuesday evening. Heavy rain has caused the damage to the public and the private property in the city.
A huge Banyan tree fell down at Maragamma temple at Bazar Galli. Several electric poles were fell down because of this. No loss of life is reported. The power supply is disrupted in the city.
