Rajesh Heda has been elected as the new district president of Belagavi Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI).
Heda and his team would assume the responsibility on April 13 at a function be held at Marriott for the period of 2019-21. Quis Noorani, the outgoing president would hand over the responsibility to Heda.
The other office bearers are Harshad Kalaghatagi (Vice President), P. S. Hiremath (President elect), Vijay Bhandari (Secretary), and Deepak Gojagekar (Treasurer and Abhijit Shivayogimath (Joint Secretary)
Santosh Javalkar, Gopal Rao Kukadolkar, Abhijit Javalkar have been elected as the directors. Vijay Patil, Chaitanya Kulkarni, Rajendra Mutagekar, Anand Tudavekar have been elected as the members of the advisory committee.
Austin Roche, President of CREDAI – Karnataka will be the chief guest of the function. Rajendra Belagonkar _IMER Chairman and Chaitanya Kulkarni Vice President of Karnataka unit of CREDAI would be present in the programme.
Meanwhile a women wing of CREDAI too has been come into the existence and Deepa Bhandari would be the convener. Tejasa Kalaghatagi will be the co-convener and they too will assume the responsibility on April 13
