Pragativahini News, Belagavi : The practical things are much differ than the district administration claiming its arrangement to handle the COVID-19 virus.
The administration claiming that positives are being admitted at a special isolated wards beside the suspected isolation ward and those came in contact with the positives are in the quarantine wards in the Civil Hospital attached to Belagavi Institute of Medical Sciences (BIMS).
However, there is no border to any ward were inmates are seen moving freely everywhere. Unfortunately, the staff assigned on COVID-19 Virus duty, despite known, mingling the positives, suspected and quarantined was very dangerous, though knew the epidemic was wild spread, they were not serious about the matter. The administration claiming separate isolation wards for all, however, admitted under one roof with no barricades.
The intern doctors attending the patients with the help of the nursing staff. And there is no facilities, like Masks, hand gloves etc to duty nursing staff.
Sources said, all the three positives were taken out from the ward by police on Friday night and left back on Saturday morning, may be to check travel history.
