Two persons were found dead on the Railway track at New Gandhi Nagar. The body is of mother and son and still it is not known if a case of suicide or murder was.
The victims have been indented as Renuka Gutagoddi (35) and her son Lakshman (8). They hailed from Karekoppi village in Hukkeri taluk. Some expressed the doubt that they might have jumped before the train and committed the suicide. Others expressed the fear that someone might have thrown on the railway track after murdering them. The incident has taken place in the wee hours of Wednesday.
Railway police and the Police from Malamaruti station visited the spot. Then investigation is on.
