“The Spiritual Side of management” -A guest lecture was organised at KLS IMER.
The speaker was the Adhyaksha of the Mysore Ramakrishna Ashrama, Swami Mutidanandaji Maharaj.
Addressing the I year MBA students Swamiji said that “Spirituality also involves a sense of the interconnectedness of all things and an ability to transcend the ordinary and to see the sacred in everyday life. Spirituality can be reflected in the feelings of peace, awe, calm, and connectedness, and it is a source of inexhaustible faith and will power.
Dr. Atul Deshpande, Director KLS IMER, faculty members and students were present.
