*ಕರೂರು ಕಾಲ್ತುಳಿತ ದುರಂತಕ್ಕೆ ಡಿಎಂಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ನೇರ ಹೊಣೆ: ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ್ ಆರೋಪ*
ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜಾತಿ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲೇಬೇಕು ಎಂದೇನಿಲ್ಲ. ಸೂಕ್ತ ಎನಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಜನರು ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ಎಚ್ಚರವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಜಾತಿ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರು ಎಲ್ಲ ವಿವರವನ್ನು ಬಹಿರಂಗೊಳಿಸಬಾರದು. ಜನರ ಬಳಿ ಏನೇನೋ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡುವುದು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟ ವಿಚಾರ. ಇದನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ರಾಜಕೀಯಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಖಜಾನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ, ರೇಷನ್‌ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ರದ್ದು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಮಾನದಂಡ ಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕತ್ತರಿ ಹಾಕಲು ಜಾತಿ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಮುಂದಿನ ಬಜೆಟ್‌ ರಚನೆ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರಿಗೆ ಕಗ್ಗಂಟಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹಣ ಉಳಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ-ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಇದು ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರ ಜಾತಿ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ. ಜನರಿಗೆ ಪಂಗನಾಮ ಹಾಕುವ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ. ಯಾರೂ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಬಾರದು. ಯಾವ್ಯಾವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ಕೊಡಬಹುದೋ ಅಷ್ಟನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನೀಡಿದರೆ ಸಾಕು. ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ಕೂಡ ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಬೇಕಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನ ಕರೂರಿನಲ್ಲಾದ ಕಾಲ್ತುಳಿತದ ಘಟನೆಯಿಂದ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶ ಬೆಚ್ಚಿಬಿದ್ದಿದೆ. ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದ ಮುಂಭಾಗ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದ ಆರ್‌ಸಿಬಿ ಸಂಭ್ರಮಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಾದ ಕಾಲ್ತುಳಿತ ಘಟನೆಯಿಂದಲೇ ನಾವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ದುಃಖಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದೆವು. ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದಿರುವ ದುರ್ಘಟನೆ ಇದಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗಿದೆ. ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನ ಡಿಎಂಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಟ ವಿಜಯ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ. ಡಿಎಂಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ 10 ಸಾವಿರ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ ಬಂದೋಬಸ್ತ್‌ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ಸೂಚನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರೂ, ಅದನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಧಿಕ್ಕರಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಅನಾಹುತಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಟಾಲಿನ್‌ ನೇತೃತ್ವದ ಡಿಎಂಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರವೇ ನೇರ ಕಾರಣ ಎಂದರು.
ನಟ ವಿಜಯ್ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಕ್ಷಮಾಪಣೆ ಕೇಳಿ, ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಅದನ್ನು ವಿಜಯ್ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ನಿವೃತ್ತ ನ್ಯಾಯಮೂರ್ತಿಯ ಸಮಿತಿಗೆ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಘಟಕ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ, ರಾಯಚೂರು, ವಿಜಯಪುರ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಮಾಡಿ ಮಳೆ ಹಾನಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಹಿಂದೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಇದ್ದಾಗ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈಗ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ ಏನೂ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಬೆಳೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
Karur stampede tragedy: DMK government directly responsible
There is no compulsion for people to provide personal information in the caste survey being conducted by the Congress government. People should only answer questions that seem appropriate. People should be cautious about the survey, said opposition leader R. Ashoka.

Whether to answer such questions is up to the people. The Congress is using this for political purposes. There is no money in the treasury, and they are canceling ration cards. For that, they need criteria. This caste survey is being done for that reason and to cut schemes.
The upcoming budget preparation has become a headache for CM Siddaramaiah. They need to save money for that. This is not a socio-educational survey; this is Siddaramaiah’s caste survey. It’s a survey to label people. No one should provide personal documents. It is enough to answer only those questions that can be answered. The High Court has also said that not all questions need to be answered.
The entire country is shocked by the stampede incident in Karur, Tamil Nadu. We were all saddened by the stampede that occurred during the RCB celebration in front of Vidhana Soudha organized by the Congress government. The accident that happened in Tamil Nadu is even bigger than that. The DMK government in Tamil Nadu is moving to file a case against actor Vijay. The DMK government gave permission for 10,000 people. But they did not make police arrangements. Even though the court had given instructions to the government earlier, the government defied it. The DMK government led by Stalin is directly responsible for this mishap.
Actor Vijay should have immediately apologized and visited the hospital. Vijay did not do that. The Karnataka BJP unit demands that this case be handed over to a committee of a retired judge for investigation.
I will tour areas like Belagavi, Raichur, Vijayapura, etc., and inspect the rain damage. When BJP was in power earlier, good compensation was given to people. Now, Congress is not giving anything. Farmers have not been given crop compensation.
