*FINS ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ದಶಮಾನೋತ್ಸವ: ಡಿ.20ರಂದು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ*
ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ : ಸಮಗ್ರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭದ್ರತೆಗಾಗಿ ವೇದಿಕೆ – FINS ಬೆಳಗಾವಿಯ ದಷಮಾನೋತ್ಸವದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 20, 2025 ರಂದು ಕರ್ನಾಟರ ಲಾ ಸೊಸೈಟಿಯ ಕೆಕೆ ವೇಣುಗೋಪಾಲ್ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 11 ರಿಂದ ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ 1 ರವರೆಗೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಂಸದ ತೇಜಸ್ವಿ ಸೂರ್ಯ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಾಮರಸ್ಯ – ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭದ್ರತೆಗೆ ಮೂಲ ಎನ್ನುವ ಕುರಿತು ಭಾಷಣ ಮಾಡಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಗೌರವಾನ್ವಿತ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಶಾಸಕ ಅಭಯ್ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸಮಗ್ರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭದ್ರತೆಗಾಗಿ ವೇದಿಕೆ (FINS) ಎಂಬುದು ಭಾರತದಾದ್ಯಂತ ರಾಜಕೀಯೇತರ ಸಂಘಟನೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಿವಿಧ ವೃತ್ತಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ಸ್ವಯಂಸೇವಕರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭದ್ರತೆಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹಿತಾಸಕ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಉದ್ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. FINS ನ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಅಧ್ಯಾಯವು ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 2015 ರಲ್ಲಿ ರೂಪುಗೊಂಡಿತು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಯುವಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ತೊಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದೆ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಸವಾಲುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಆಂತರಿಕ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಸಾಧನವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಗರಿಕರ ಪಾತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸಿದೆ.
ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಾಮರಸ್ಯವು ಸ್ಥಿರ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಂತಿಯುತ ವಾತಾವರಣವನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯ ಪೂರ್ವಾಪೇಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿದೆ, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ದಕ್ಷತೆಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜದ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಸಕ್ರಿಯಗೊಳಿಸಬಹುದು. ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಕೆಲವು ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಗುಂಪುಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರವಿರೋಧಿ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ನಾಗರಿಕರನ್ನು ದಾರಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಜವನ್ನು ವಿಭಜಿಸಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಹೇಳಿದೆ.
ಆಂತರಿಕ ಭದ್ರತೆಗೆ ಇರುವ ಕೆಲವು ಸವಾಲುಗಳು: –
ಹೊರಗಿನವರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ: ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ನೆರೆಯ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಭಾರತದ ಗಡಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸ್ಥಿರತೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಸಂಗತತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಜನಾಂಗೀಯ ಉದ್ವಿಗ್ನತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು. ಇದು ಗಡಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲೀನ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದಿ ಚಳುವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತವಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹಿಂಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ನಾಗರಿಕ ಅಸ್ವಸ್ಥತೆಗೆ ಇಂಧನ ನೀಡುತ್ತದೆ: ಕೋಮು, ಜಾತಿ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಜನಾಂಗೀಯ ಸಂಘರ್ಷಗಳು ಗಲಭೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದ ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಬಹುದು, ಕಾನೂನು ಮತ್ತು ಸುವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಅಡ್ಡಿಪಡಿಸಬಹುದು. ಇಂತಹ ಘಟನೆಗಳು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಬೇರೆಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಸುತ್ತವೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹಾಳುಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ.
ಆರ್ಥಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ದುರ್ಬಲಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ: ಕೋಮು ಹಿಂಸಾಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ದೀರ್ಘಕಾಲದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಶಾಂತಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆದಾರರನ್ನು ಹೆದರಿಸಬಹುದು, ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗಬಹುದು ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನು ಹಾಳುಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಇದು ಒಂದು ವಿಷವರ್ತುಲವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕಳಪೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ-ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳು ಹತಾಶೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭಿನ್ನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.
ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಹುಟ್ಟುಹಾಕುತ್ತವೆ: ಜಾತಿ, ಧರ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾಷೆಯ ವಿವಾದಗಳು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಗುರುತಿನ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಸಂಘರ್ಷಗಳು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕತಾವಾದಿ ಸಿದ್ಧಾಂತಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಬಹುದು. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಲಾಭಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಈ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ನಾಯಕರು ಮತ್ತು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಅನೈಕ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಏಕತೆಗೆ ಸವಾಲು ಹಾಕುವ ಅಪಾಯವನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.
ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ: ಸಮಾಜದ ಧ್ರುವೀಕರಣವು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಪಾದಿಸಲಾದ ಜಾತ್ಯತೀತ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದ ಆದರ್ಶಗಳನ್ನು ದುರ್ಬಲಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಹೋರಾಡಿದಾಗ, “ವೈವಿಧ್ಯತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆ” ಎಂಬ ಮೂಲಭೂತ ನೀತಿಯು ದುರ್ಬಲಗೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ.
ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ವಿಭಜಕ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳ ದುಷ್ಟ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲೂ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಸಾಮರಸ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪುನಃಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಗತ್ಯ ಎಂದು ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

FINS Belgaum 10th Anniversary: Program on December 20th
BELAGAVI : FINS Belagavi is celebrating A Decade of Service to the Nation, with a programme on 20th December 2025 at KK Venugopal Auditorium, Tilakwadi from 11 am to 1 pm.
The Chief Guest for the programme is Hon’ble MP, Shri Tejasvi Surya, who will be delivering a talk on Social Harmony – Fundamental to National Security. The Guest of Honour is Hon’ble MLA, Shri Abhay Patil.
Forum for Integrated National Security (FINS) is a Pan India apolitical organization, comprising volunteers from various fields of profession, with the core objective of promoting national interests with special emphasis on national security. The Belgaum Chapter of FINS took shape in September 2015 and has been engaged all these years primarily with the youth of the region as well as the general public, in spreading awareness about national security challenges and role of citizens towards enhancing internal security apparatus.
Social Harmony is an essential prerequisite to ensure a stable and peaceful environment in which the citizens can work to their optimum efficiency and contribute substantially towards the growth and development of the society and thus enable achievement of .In recent times, some religious groups and anti national organizations have been misleading the citizens and trying to divide the society. Some of the challenges to internal security are: –
Provides an opening for external actors: Hostile neighbouring states can exploit social disharmony and ethnic tensions to promote instability within India’s borders. This is particularly relevant in border states and regions with long-running separatist movements.
Fuels violence and civil disorder: Communal, caste-based, and ethnic conflicts can escalate into riots and large-scale violence, disrupting law and order. Such incidents divert national security resources and erode public trust in state institutions.
Weakens the economy. Communal violence and prolonged periods of social unrest can scare away investors, hamper economic activity, and undermine the country’s development. This creates a vicious cycle where poor socio-economic conditions further fuel desperation and dissent.
Breeds separatism and regionalism. Identity-based conflicts, including disputes over caste, religion, and language, can feed into separatist ideologies. Leaders and political parties who exploit these divisions for electoral gain risk stoking disunity and challenging national unity.
Erodes democratic values. The polarization of society undermines the secular and democratic ideals enshrined in the Constitution. When communities are pitted against one another, the foundational ethos of “unity in diversity” is weakened.
It is therefore, essential for all citizens to be aware of the evil designs of divisive forces and ensure that social harmony is restored and maintained at all times.
