ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಈ ಉಪಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತರ ನಡುವೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸೋತು ಮುಂದಿನ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ತೀರ್ಮಾನವಾಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ದಾವಣಗರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಡವರು ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮಂತರ ನಡುವೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಬಡವರನ್ನೇ ಗೆಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಹೇಳಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಬಡ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಿಂದ ಕಣಕ್ಕಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದಾವಣಗರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಗೆದ್ದರೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಗಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಚಿವ ಜಮೀರ್ ಅಹ್ಮದ್ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾರದೆ ಓಡಿದ್ದು, ಅವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಭಿನ್ನಾಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವಿದೆ. ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳು ಒಂದಾಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ಹೇಳುವ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರು ಒಂದು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಕೂಡ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದವರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ದಾವಣಗೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಬಲಾಢ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉತ್ತಮ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವಿದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಎರಡೂ ಕಡೆ ವಂಶಾಡಳಿತಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಎರಡೂ ಕಡೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಗೆ ಗೆಲ್ಲುವ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮುಖಂಡರು ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರೌಡಿಸಂ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ದೂರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರ, ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಗಳ ಅಸಮರ್ಪಕ ಜಾರಿಯಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜನವಿರೋಧಿ ಅಲೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಜೆಟ್ ಮಂಡನೆ ಬಳಿಕ ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕೂ ತೆರಿಗೆ ಹೇರುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಡಳಿತ ಕುಸಿದಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಿಎಂ ಕುರ್ಚಿಗಾಗಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಕಾದಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕೇರಳ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಗೆಲ್ಲುವ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಮರಳಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಉಪ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನ ಅಸಲಿ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಬಯಲು ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರನ್ನು ಮತಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಿಂದ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಜನರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ
ಈ ಉಪ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಕಿತ್ತುಹಾಕಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಕೊಡಲಿದ್ದು, ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಯುವಜನರು ಉದ್ಯೋಗವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಬೀದಿಗಿಳಿದು ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಡೆ ಆಡಳಿತ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಅಲೆ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಕಲಿಸಲು ಇದು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ಅವಕಾಶ ಎಂದರು.
ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಈಗ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದವರ ನಾಯಕ ಅಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ಬಟ್ಟೆ, ಶಾಲು, ಪೆನ್, ಇಡೀ ಜೀವನ ಶೈಲಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿದವರಂತೆ ಇದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಓಟಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದವರು ಬೇಕು. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಇವರು ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ವರ್ಗದ ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ನಾಯಕ ಎಂದರು.
ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಗೆ ಪರ್ಮನೆಂಟ್ ಆಗಿ ಚೊಂಬು ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಾಲದ ಕೂಪಕ್ಕೆ ತಳ್ಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಕುರ್ಚಿ ಕಾಳಗ ಮುಗಿಯುವವರೆಗೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ನಡೆಯಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ಜಿಬಿಎ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಸಿದ್ಧತೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಬೂತ್ ಸಮಿತಿ, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮೊದಲಾದ ತಯಾರಿ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಜೆಡಿಎಸ್ ಜೊತೆಗಿನ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನಾಯಕರು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಮೊದಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲಿ. ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರೇ ಸಿಎಂ ಆಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಜಿಬಿಎ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಗೆಲ್ಲಲು ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ಭಯ ಅವರಲ್ಲಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ನಾಲಿಗೆ ಹರಿಬಿಟ್ಟ ಖರ್ಗೆ
ಮಂಗಳೂರಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಕ್ಕರ್ ಬಾಂಬ್ ಸ್ಫೋಟ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಯಾರು ಎಂದು ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ಖರ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಿ. ಇವರಿಗೆ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರು ದೇವದೂತರಂತೆ ಕಾಣುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನಕ್ಸಲರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಮಾತು ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರ್ ಎಸ್ಎಸ್ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತ್ರ ಟೀಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈಗ ಎಲ್ಲ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಷದ ಹಾವುಗಳು ಮುಕ್ತವಾಗುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಮೂರು ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಾವುಗಳನ್ನು ಓಡಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಜನರು ಯಾರು ಹಾವು ಎಂದು ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಮಾತಿಗೆ ಮಗನೇ ಪ್ರೇರಣೆ ಎಂದರು.
ತಮಿಳುನಾಡಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ. ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನಲ್ಲೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಮುಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಗೆದ್ದರೆ ಇವಿಎಂ ಸರಿಯಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಷದ ಹಾವುಗಳು ತುಂಬಿದ್ದು, ಅನೇಕ ಹಗರಣಗಳು ಇವರಿಂದಲೇ ನಡೆದಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
Siddaramaiah – The ‘Forward’ Leader of the Backward Classes: R. Ashoka

In this by-election, there will be a contest between the poor and the rich. Congress will lose this election, and the future of the state will be decided, said Opposition Leader R. Ashoka.
Speaking at a press conference, he said that in Davanagere and Bagalkote, the election is being fought between the poor and the rich. Since Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has said “Make the poor win,” the BJP has fielded poor candidates. In Davanagere, if the Congress candidate wins, it is understood that Muslims will not get opportunities in the future, and therefore Muslims are opposing the Congress party. Minister Zameer Ahmed has run away without campaigning in his constituency, and there are differences of opinion about him.
Ashoka said that Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who talks about backward classes uniting, has not given even a single ticket to backward class candidates.
In Davanagere, the BJP has given a ticket to an ordinary person, whereas Congress has given tickets to powerful and influential people. In Bagalkote, there is a very good opinion about the BJP candidate. Congress has given space to dynastic politics in both places. Therefore, the BJP has a strong chance of winning in both constituencies.
Congress leaders have indulged in rowdyism in Bagalkote and a complaint has been filed regarding this. Due to the government’s corruption and the poor implementation of guarantee schemes, an anti-incumbency wave has been created. After presenting the budget, they are now imposing taxes on everything, he alleged.
The administration in the state has collapsed. No development projects are being taken up. DK Shivakumar and Siddaramaiah are fighting with each other for the Chief Minister’s chair. Siddaramaiah has returned because he has no confidence of winning the Kerala Assembly election. This by-election will expose the real face of Congress. Congress is trying to convert minorities into a vote bank, he said.
Opportunity for the People
This by-election will provide an opportunity to throw out the Congress government and will decide the future. Youngsters are coming onto the streets and protesting due to lack of jobs. An anti-government wave is visible everywhere. This is a golden opportunity for the people to teach the government a lesson, he added.
Siddaramaiah is no longer a leader of the backward classes. His clothes, shawl, pen, and entire lifestyle are that of a forward-class person. But when it comes to votes, he only wants backward classes. Therefore, he is the “forward leader” of the backward classes, Ashoka remarked.
DK Shivakumar is going to get the Chief Minister’s chair permanently. They have already pushed the state into a deep pit of debt. Until the battle for the chair ends, no development will take place, he said.
Preparations are underway for the JBA (likely JD(S)-BJP Alliance) election. Booth committees and candidate selection processes have begun. The central leaders will decide on the alliance with JD(S). First, let the government conduct the election. There is fear among them that if Siddaramaiah remains the Chief Minister, it will be impossible for the JBA to win, he said.
