ಹೊಸ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರಿಗಳು ತುಂಬಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಅನೇಕರು ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಂದು ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಚಿವರನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗೆ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರು.
ಪತ್ರಿಕಾಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ರಾಜ್ಯ ಹಿಂದೆಂದೂ ಕಂಡಿರದ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ರಚನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟರ 187 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಬಳಸಿರುವುದು ಖಚಿತವಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾಜಿ ಸಿಎಂ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿ.ನಾಗೇಂದ್ರ ಜೈಲಿಗೆ ಹೋದರೂ, ಈಗ ಮತ್ತೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕ್ಲೀನ್ ಚಿಟ್ ಕೊಟ್ಟವರು ಯಾರು? ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿದರು.
ಹಳೆ ಸಿಎಂ ಅವರನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿದರೆ, ಹೊಸ ಸಿಎಂ ವಾಷಿಂಗ್ ಮಿಶನ್ ಬಳಸಿ ತೊಳೆದು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಕರಾವಳಿ-ಮಲೆನಾಡು ಭಾಗಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾತಿನಿಧ್ಯ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನಾವು ಹೇಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಸೋಲಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಒಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ವ್ಯಂಗ್ಯವಾಡಿದರು.
ಯಾದಗಿರಿ, ರಾಯಚೂರು, ವಿಜಯನಗರ, ಕೋಲಾರ, ಚಿಕ್ಕಬಳ್ಳಾಪುರ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವರೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಬಹಳ ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುವವರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ಕೆಲವು ಶಾಸಕರು, ಅವರ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಒಬ್ಬರು ರಾಜೀನಾಮೆ ನೀಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಕೇಸು ದಾಖಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈಗ ಅನೇಕ ಕಡೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರೇ ಕೈಗೇ ಏನೇನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಸಿಎಂ ಭಾವಚಿತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವಾಚ್ಯ ಶಬ್ದಗಳಿಂದ ನಿಂದಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೊಸತನವಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದೇ ಮುಖಗಳು, ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮರಳಿ ಸಂಪುಟಕ್ಕೆ ತರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ.ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲ, ಪೇಮೆಂಟ್ ಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ದಿಢೀರನೆ ಮಂಕಾಳು ವೈದ್ಯ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರು ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಿ ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ್ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರು ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಕಾಂಚಾಣದ ಮಹಿಮೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ದ್ರೋಹ
ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಹಿಳೆಗೂ ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಮುನ್ನ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಉದ್ದುದ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಈಗ ಒಬ್ಬ ಮಹಿಳೆಗೂ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. 12% ಇರುವ ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರಿಗೆ 3 ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. 50% ಇರುವ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಶೂನ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗಾಯತ್ರಿ ಶಾಂತಗೌಡರು ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಮೀಟ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಮಾತಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಕೊನೆಗೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಖಾತೆಯೇ ಇಲ್ಲವಾಯಿತು. ಇದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ದ್ರೋಹ. ಈ ಇದುವರೆಗೆ ಟೆಕಾಫ್ ಆಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಆಗಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಪುಸ್ತಕ
ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನಾಯಕರು ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದೇ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ತನ್ನ ಲೆಟರ್ ಹೆಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್, ಡೆಪ್ಯುಟಿ ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್, ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಛೇರ್ಮನ್, ವೈಸ್ ಛೇರ್ಮನ್ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಉಲ್ಲೇಖ ಮಾಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದ ಆಶಯಗಳನ್ನು ಗಾಳಿಗೆ ತೂರಿದೆ. ಇಡೀ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಮನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನೌಕರರನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡುವ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಂತೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಜನರ ಕ್ಷಮೆ ಯಾಚಿಸಬೇಕು. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯ ಪರಮಾಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನೇ ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ರಬ್ಬರ್ ಸ್ಟಾಂಪ್ ಸಿಎಂ ಆಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಟೀಕಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾವೇರಿ ನೀರು ಹಂಚಿಕೆ
ಕಾವೇರಿ ನೀರು ಹಂಚಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ತಮಿಳುನಾಡು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ನಮಗೆ ಗಂಡಾಂತರ ಕಾದಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಿಎಂ ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ವಿಜಯ್ ಜೊತೆ ಹೊಂದಾಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ನೀರು ಹರಿಸಿದರೆ ಜನರು ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೋತರೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಟಿವಿಕೆಗೆ ಶರಣಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದೇ ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸಿಎಂ ವಿಜಯ್ ಜತೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ಸಭಾಂಗಣವನ್ನು ನವೀಕರಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಬರಗಾಲವಿದ್ದಾಗ ಇಂತಹ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದರು.
ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಅಧಿವೇಶನದ ಕುರಿತು ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು, ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.

Betrayal of women
Not even one woman has been given a place in the cabinet. Cauvery water sharing
The Tamil Nadu government has filed a petition in the Supreme Court regarding Cauvery water sharing. Because of this, it is clear that danger is waiting for us. If the CM reaches an understanding with Joseph Vijay and releases water, the people will not remain silent. If they lose in the Supreme Court, it will have to be understood that the state Congress has surrendered to TVK.
