Man Host Cocktail Party for Discharging from Quarantine, Admits Next Day at COVID ward for Testing  Positive 

COVID-19 Crossed 4K in Karnataka, Maharashtra Returns Share Remarkable

Pragativahini News, Belagavi : A 35-year-old man from Bidarwadi village in Hukkeri taluk who had returned from quarantined centre at Ashtihal village with “No C-19 Symptoms” had hosted a cocktail party for his friends on Monday over his health condition. However, on Tuesday he was shifted to COVID-19 ward at Belagavi after tested positive on Tuesday.
The man working at Mumbai was returned to his native and was housed in the quarantined centre. On Sunday, after completion of his 7-day quarantine term he was discharged as no C-19 symptoms were found in him.
Joyous over the matter he hosted a cocktail dinner party for 12-13 of his friends on Monday, however he was shifted to the COVID-19 ward by the health department as his test report arrived on Monday tested him a positive.
The matter has stunned the Bidarwadi village and all participated in the party are being traced and quarantined. Police are also in search of the people who have come in contact of the Infected person. The people at the liquor shop and the chicken centre who served the stuff have also been quarantined for seven days.

Bengaluru : The COVID-19 with 267 new positives on Wednesday has crossed 4000 mark in the state. The virus spreading throughout the state even in rural places after people allowed to go back to their places. The share of Maharashtra returned was remarkable nearly about 50pc of the total 4063.
Kalaburagi has highest infected with 105, Udupi 62, Raichur 35, Bengaluru 20, Mandya has 13. Belagavi which has 51 positives on Tuesday has 12 cases on Wednesday. Though the text from government was not clear about the infected places it was said all the 12 belonging to Belagavi taluk.
Out of 267, 233 people infected were returned from Maharashtra and were in quarantined centres. All, after being tested positives have been shifted to the COVID-19 ward at the district hospital.
