V. S. Sadhunavar Congress candidate from Belagavi Lok Sabha constituency had to face the wrath of followers of Anand Chopra on Wednesday.
Sadhunavar had visited Mugalihal village for the campaigning. But Anand Chopra was conspicuous by his absence. This irked his supporters who expressed their unhappiness for not taking Chopra into the confidence. People warned Sadhunavar that they would support him only if Anand Chopra is taken into the confidence.
Pertubed by this Sadhunavar assured the supporters of Anand Chopra that he will take Anand into the confidence in future.
It can be recalled that Anand Chopra had contested last assembly election as a rebel Congress candidate and had lost the election.
