With only one day left for the filing of nomination papers Anant kumar Hegde, BJP candidate from Uttara Kannada constituency visited the temples in Sirsi on Monday.
Accompanied by his wife Sriroopa Hegde and party workers Anant kumar visited famous Marikamba temple in Sirsi. Anant kumar hails from Sirsi. He would file his nomination papers on April 2 at Karwar.
Speaking to media Anant kumar said that the Lok Sabha election 2019 is one of the special elections in the history of India. This election would decide the future of the country. The election will be fought on the issues like national security and National pride he said. He said that the people of the constituency would bless him in election and he would elect with a huge margin.
BJP would return to power in the centre with majority he said.
