Belagavi SP Nimbargi Helps Pregnant Woman with Labor Pain to Move Fast from Vehicle Checkpoint
Pragativahini News, Belagavi : Belagavi SP Laxman Nimbargi turned a “Good Samaritan” again by helping a pregnant woman suffering with labor pain to go early to the maternity hospital, by completing administrative procedure quickly at Maharashtra-Karnataka Border Check post at Koganolli in Nippani taluk on Thursday night.
SP Nimbargi who inspected the check post found a pregnant woman suffering with severe labor pain in a passenger carrier vehicle and himself completed the paperwork of her and those with her and allowed to enter the state.
The woman from the state, with her family been to neighboring Maharashtra for labor work and returning after were allowed to go back by the government. The seat-service vehicle in which the woman was travelling was standing in a long queue to get cleared the paper documents in the check post.
Not only the woman and her family members, three other aged persons were given relaxation for completing the “check post” norms and allowed to go early.
SP Nimbargi who helped a poor woman and her daughter from a village in Chikkodi taluk to go back to their home in a taxi after cremating one of their family members at Sadashiva nagar graveyard, last month had arranged a vehicle to take the pregnant woman and aged people to go to their places.
The woman whose physically handicapped son died at the district hospital didn’t had money to go back to her place at Chikkodi after cremating him, however, SP Nimbargi arrenged a vehicle her to reach her place.
