The much awaited cabinet expansion in the state has been postponed owing to the death of Girish Karnad.
The cabinet was to be expanded on Wednesday. As state has declared three days mourning the cabinet expansion will take place next week it is said. Meanwhile many Congress leaders are lobbying for the minister post. There are three ministerial posts vacant and of them 2 independents and one Congress leader will be inducted in the ministry it is said.
