Pragativahini News, Bailhongal : A couple from Channamma nagar Ist cross ended their lives in different places in the town on Tuesday.
Gurunath Tavare, a 40-year-old teacher at Amatur village and his 32-year-old wife Meenakshi ended their lives. Teacher Gurunath found dead consuming pesticide at an agriculture field on Belagavi road while his wife by hanging to the ceiling at the house. The couple have a 10-year and 6-year old children.Though the reason for the extreme step taken was not known, it was said they were not happy on each other and got settled their quarrel through the court.
The Bailhongal police are investigating the case.
