ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: “ನನ್ನ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಯಾರೂ ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುವುದು ಬೇಡ” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಖಾಸಗಿ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಅರಮನೆ ಮೈದಾನದ ಗಾಯತ್ರಿ ವಿಹಾರ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಶುಕ್ರವಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಗುರುವಾರದಂದು ಸಭೆ ಸೇರಿದ್ದ ಸಚಿವರು, ಶಾಸಕರು ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರಂತೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಬೇಡ ಎಂದು ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಸ್ಥಾನದ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅಧಿಕಾರ, ಹುದ್ದೆ ಬೇಕು ಎಂದರೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ನನ್ನ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವುದು ಬೇಡ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಯಾವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಇಲ್ಲ:
ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರ ಜನ್ಮದಿನದ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ 40ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಶಾಸಕರು ಸೇರಿದ್ದು, ಶಕ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಯಾವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನವೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಕೆಲವರು ವಿಶ್ರಾಂತಿ, ಅಧ್ಯಯನಕ್ಕೆ ವಿದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕೆಲವರು ದೆಹಲಿಗೆ ಹೋದರೆ, ಮತ್ತೆ ಕೆಲವರು ಭೋಜನ ಕೂಟ ಸೇರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅವರ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೂ ಪಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಸಂಬಂಧವಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ನಾವು ಹಳಬರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ, ಹೊಸಬರು ಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾಗುವ ಆಸೆ ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ
ನೀವು ಸಿಎಂ ಆಗಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕೆಲಸ ಶಾಸಕರು ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ನನ್ನ ಜೊತೆ ಅವರು ಯಾರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಕೆಲವರು ಆಸೆ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೊಸಬರಿಗೆ ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಆಗುವ ಆಸೆ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ನಾನು, ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ್, ಹೆಚ್ ಕೆ ಪಾಟೀಲ್, ಮಹದೇವಪ್ಪ, ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ನಾವು ಈಗ ಹಳಬರಾದೆವು. ಚಿಕ್ಕ ವಯಸ್ಸಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಮಂತ್ರಿಯಾದವರು. ಈಗ ಹೊಸಬರು ಮಂತ್ರಿ ಆಗಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಆಸೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನೋಡೋಣ, ನಾನು ಈ ವಿಚಾರವನ್ನು ದೆಹಲಿ ಅವರ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕೊನೆಗೂ ಸಿಕ್ಕ ನ್ಯಾಯ
ವಿನಯ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಜಾಮೀನು ಸಿಕ್ಕಿರುವ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಕಿರುಕುಳ ನೀಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದು ಮಿತಿ ಇದೆ. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಕಾರಣವನ್ನು ಯಡಿಯೂರಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಿಬಿಐಗೆ ಹಸ್ತಾಂತರ ಮಾಡಿ, ತೊಂದರೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅವರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಲಿಡದಂತೆ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹೇರಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಮತ ಕೇಳುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ನಾವು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಲೆಬಾಗಿ ಗೌರವ ನೀಡಿದೆವು. ಇದೆಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿದ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಜಾಮೀನು ನೀಡಿದೆ. ನಾನು ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಗಮನಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಈಗ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ, ಅವರು, ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬ, ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಜನ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ ವೇದನೆ ಯಾರೂ ಮರೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದನ್ನು ನಾನೂ ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ದೇವರು ವಿನಯ್ ಕುಲಕರ್ಣಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಶಕ್ತಿ ನೀಡಲಿ, ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಿರುವ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಗೌರವದಿಂದ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆ ಅರ್ಪಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ವಿವಿಧ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟದಲ್ಲಿ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ನಾವು ಹೊಸ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರೂ 2022ರ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ಆದೇಶ ಅನುಸಾರ ಹಳೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ 56 ಸಾವಿರ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಲು ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿ ನಾವು ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾತು ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ನಾವು ಅದರಂತೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. 1 ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು. ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಏಕ ಕಾಲಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಕೆಲವರಿಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹಂತ ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ತಲೆಬಾಗಿ ಕಾನೂನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. 2.84 ಲಕ್ಷ ಖಾಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂತ ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ತುಂಬಲಾಗುವುದು” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾವೇರಿ ಆರನೇ ಹಂತಕ್ಕೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ
ಬೇಸಿಗೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ನಿನ್ನೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾವೇರಿ ಆರನೇ ಹಂತದ ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರಿನ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ನೀಡಿರುವುದು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಭವಿಷ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಬೆಳೆಯುವುದನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು 7 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಜೈಕಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ನೆರವು ಪಡೆಯಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಾನು ಸಚಿವನಾದ ಬಳಿಕ ಕಾವೇರಿಯ 6 ಟಿಎಂಸಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ನೀಡಲು ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಜಿಬಿಎ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಆದೇಶದಂತೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
No one needs to go to Delhi on my behalf: DCM DK Shivakumar
Bengaluru, Feb 27: Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar today said there was no need for anyone to go to Delhi to lobby for him.
Speaking to reporters at a city hotel and then at Palace Grounds, he said, “I appeal to everyone not to go to Delhi to lobby for me. If you have personal requests or aspiring for Cabinet positions, you can go to Delhi. But you don’t need to go to Delhi to bat for me.” He was replying to questions on rumours about some MLAs and ministers planning to visit Delhi in his support.
Not a show of strength
Asked if the meeting of over 40 MLAs on the occasion of MLA Balakrishna’s birthday celebrations was a show of strength, he said, “No show of strength. Some MLAs travel abroad for leisure and study-tours, some go to Delhi and some others meet for dinners. What they do for personal reasons has nothing to do with the party.”
Newcomers have aspirations
When drawn his attention to statements by some MLAs that they would like to see him as the CM, he said, “I don’t know about it. No one has personally spoken to me about it. Some have aspirations, it is natural for newcomers to aspire to become ministers. Parameshwar, H K Patil, Mahadevappa and Siddaramaiah and I became ministers at a very young age. We are all old now, the newcomers are expressing their desire to become ministers. I will bring this to the attention of the party leaders in Delhi.”
Justice served
Replying to a question on Vinay Kulkarni getting bail, he said, “There is a limit to harassment. Yediyurappa government had handed over the case to the CBI. He was barred from entering his own constituency. He was barred from seeking votes, but we respected the court orders. The court has noticed all this and has given him bail. I have been watching this case, this is a victory for him, his family and the people of his constituency. I have also gone through harassment. I pray to God to give strength to Vinay Kulakarni to deal with this and thank the Court for giving justice.”
Asked about Cabinet decision on filling up vacant positions, he said, “Though we have a new reservation scheme, we will be initiating hiring of 56,000 positions under the old order of 2022. We had promised jobs for the youth and we will deliver it. We have to fill up one lakh posts, but we have decided to do it in a phased manner to ensure opportunities for everyone. Eventually, we have to fill up about 2.84 lakh jobs, but it will be done in phases.”
Cabinet approval for Cauvery 6th stage
Asked if there would be no shortage of water this summer, he said, “Cabinet approving the Cauvery 6th stage yesterday is a historic decision. We are planning the 6th stage at the cost of Rs 7,000 crore keeping in mind population growth of the city. We are taking financial help from JICA. I had approved 6 TMC of water for Bengaluru as soon as I took office.”
Replying to a question on GBA elections, he said the process was going on as per Court orders.
