Disciplinary action against the election staff who put the ink on the finger of actor Rajanikant

 An election staff in Chennai who put the indelible ink to the wrong finger of actor Rajanikant has to face the music from the Election Commission of India for the lapse in the duty. As per the guidelines issued by the ECI the staff had to mark the left index finger of Rajanikant after he cast his vote. But the election staff had marked his right index finger with the indelible ink. The election commission has asked the district Returning officer to file a report in this regard, according to Satyabrat Sahoo, CEC of Tamil Nadu.
