KLS’ Institute of Management Education and Research, Knowledge Resource Center Belagavi has donated more than 500 Kgs of old newspapers and magazines to Vidya adhaar project on 23rd February.
Vidya adhar Project raises funds by selling old newspapers to support needy students to pursue their education.
On this occasion Vijay More, Social Worker, and former Mayor, Belagavi addressed the staff and students and appreciated their efforts towards the social cause. For the last 5 years, KLS IMER is donating newspapers to the same.
Dr. S.G Chiniwar, Director, KLS IMER, encouraged the students and staff to continue this type of good work. This activity is conducted once in 3 months by KLS IMER staff. This Event was coordinated by the Library team.
