Don’t panic, stay calm and don’t heed to Rumors -VTU

Pragativahini News, Belagavi – Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi is very much committed to the academic welfare of its students; therefore, the University is constantly assessing the situation, and is keen to mitigate the anxiety of the students, parents, and other stakeholders. In this regard VTU will issue the circular in the first week of June 2020 about conduction of Semester End examinations and Academic Calendar based on the directives from the government of Karnataka.

So VTU has requested all the students, parents and stake other holders that, don’t panic, stay calm and don’t heed to Rumors or don’t be a carrier of misinformation on conduction of examinations or any other issues related to VTU examinations, Said VTU in a press release.

Government of Karnataka is likely to issue some directives in this regard in the first week of june, 2020 after deliberating with all the vice chancellor of the universities.  Until then teaching- learning interventions will continue through various digital platforms.

Also VTU has directed all the affiliated Engineering colleges to ensure that the proper guidance and information be given to the students regarding Academic calendar, health and welfare, standard operating procedure to be followed etc. and also to be in touch with the entire stake holder.
