After Fencing, Villagers Cutting the Entrance Roads to Villages to Prevent Outsiders Entry
Pragativahini News, Belagavi : After there were many localities, villages barricaded the entrance of their area to prevent entry of outsiders, about 10 villages in Mudalagi taluk near Gokak put a step ahead as the entrance roads of the villages were being cut with the Earth Moving machines.
Though the reason was to cut the road was different, the villagers themselves landing into trouble as they could not take their sick people, ill elderly and children, pregnant women to the outside or specialty health centers in vehicles and even the Ambulances, firefighters etc cannot enter the villages to take emergencies.The concern departments never allows unofficials to dug the roads, a few from the villages, amid oppose from more villagers dug the roads with JCBs, Most of the roads dug were carpeted and a few constructed newly.
