ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: “ಶಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಐಪಿಎಲ್ ಪಂದ್ಯಗಳ 3 ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಂದ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಉಚಿತವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಂತಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪಂದ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಅನ್ನು ಖರೀದಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಸದಾಶಿವನಗರ ನಿವಾಸದ ಬಳಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಸೋಮವಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಕೆಎಸ್ ಸಿಎ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಆರ್ ಸಿಬಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಡಿಎನ್ಎ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳ ಜತೆಗಿನ ಸಭೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಶಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಪಂದ್ಯಗಳ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ವಿತರಣೆ ಕುರಿತು ಇಂದು ನಾನು ಕೆಎಸ್ ಸಿಎ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರು ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಡಿಎನ್ಎ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಆರ್ ಸಿಬಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಾಪಕರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ವಾರ ಮೊದಲ ಪಂದ್ಯದ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಮಾರಾಟವಾಗಿದ್ದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೀಡಲು ಒಪ್ಪಿದ್ದರು. ಇಂದು ಮತ್ತೆ ಸಭೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯವರು ಅನೇಕ ಒಪ್ಪಂದಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈ ವಿಚಾರ ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಅಂತ್ಯಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಯಾರಿಗಾದರೂ ಐಪಿಎಲ್ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಸಕ್ತಿ ಇಲ್ಲವಾದರೆ, ಅವರು ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಮಗೆ ಲಿಖಿತ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಿ, ನಾವು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಬಲವಂತವಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದರು.
ಶಾಸಕರು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಗಳಿಗೆ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟಿದ್ದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಅನೇಕ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳು ಬರುತ್ತವೆ. ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನು ಈಡೇರಿಸಲು ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಈ ತೀರ್ಮಾನ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಾನು ರಾಜಸ್ಥಾನ, ಮುಂಬೈ, ದೆಹಲಿ, ಕೊಲ್ಕತ್ತಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಜರಾತ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಜತೆಗೂ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಸುಮಾರು 50-60% ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ವರ್ಗದವರಿಗೆ ವಿತರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೋಲಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಷೇಪ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸನ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಸೂಚನೆ
“ಇನ್ನು ಕ್ರಿಡಾಂಗಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಯಾವ ರೀತಿ ಆಸನಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಜಾಗ ಗುರುತಿಸಲು ಜಿಬಿಎ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಜತೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಅವರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಅನುಮತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. 20 ಸಾವಿರ ಆಸನಗಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಜನರಿಗೂ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕೆಎಸ್ ಸಿಎ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿಯಾದ ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಷೇಪ ಮಾಡಲ್ಲ
ಐಪಿಎಲ್ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಸಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಚಿವರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಗ್ಯಾಲರಿ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ನಾನು ಆ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲಾ ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದನ್ನು ಕೆಎಸ್ ಸಿಎ ಪದಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟ ವಿಚಾರ. ಅವರ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅತಿಯಾಗಿ ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಷೇಪ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಾವು ಶಾಸಕರು, ಸಂಸದರಾಗಿರಬಹುದು. ಶಾಸಕರಿಂದ ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಮನವಿ ಬಂದ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಉಳಿದಂತೆ ಬೇರೆ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಹೋಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕೆಎಸ್ ಸಿಎಗೂ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಜಾಗ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದೇ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ನಾವು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಕೆಎಸ್ ಸಿಎ ಅವರಿಗೆ 25 ಎಕರೆ ಜಾಗ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ, ತುಮಕೂರು, ಮೈಸೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಾಗ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಹೆಚ್ ಬಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದಲೂ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಂಗಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಚಿವ ಸಂಪುಟ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸೂರ್ಯನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ಉಪಚುನಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿ
ಉಪಚುನಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಚಾರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಹೋಗಲೇಬಕಲ್ಲವೇ, ಇಂದೇ ಹೋಗಬೇಕಿತ್ತು. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಹಾಗೂ ಸುರ್ಜೇವಾಲ ಅವರು ಇಂದಿನಿಂದ ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಕೆಲವು ಸಭೆಗಳಿವೆ. ನಾಡಿದ್ದು ಬಾಗಲಕೋಟೆಗೆ ತೆರಳಲಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಂತರ ಎರಡೂ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಸುತ್ತು ತೆರಳಿ ಪ್ರಚಾರ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಏ.5-6ರಂದು ಕೇರಳ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಪ್ರಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಈಸ್ಟರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಡ್ ಫ್ರೈಡೆ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇರಳ ಪ್ರವಾಸವನ್ನು 5ಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದೂಡಲಾಗಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಅಭಾವ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 9.30ಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಹಾಗೂ ಸುರ್ಜೇವಾಲ ಅವರು ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗೋಷ್ಠಿ ನಡೆಸಿ ಈ ವಿಚಾರವಾಗಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ನುಡಿದಂತೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತದೆ
ನಿನ್ನೆ ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಖರ್ಗೆ ಅವರು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಯೋಜನೆ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಅವರು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಪ್ರಟಿಸಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ನಾನು ಭಾಷಣಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಾವು ನುಡಿದಂತೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತೇವೆ. ನಾವು ಭೂಮಿ ಹಕ್ಕು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. 25 ಲಕ್ಷದವರೆಗೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಅಸ್ಸಾಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೇವಲ ತಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ 1200 ರೂ. ಮಾಸಿಕ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಫಲಾನುಭವಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಯೋಜನೆ ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ದೇಶದ ಯಾವುದೇ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲೇ ಆಗಲಿ ನಾವು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಮಾತಿನಂತೆ ನಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರಂತೆ ಜನರ ಖಾತೆಗೆ 15 ಲಕ್ಷ ಹಾಕುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಅಚ್ಛೇದಿನ ತರುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಸುಳ್ಳು ಭರವಸೆ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಚ್ಛೇದಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂತು? ನಿಮ್ಮ ಯಾರ ಖಾತೆಗೂ 15 ಲಕ್ಷ ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ಪಾರಂಪರಿಕ ಆಹಾರ ಸವಿದು ಆನಂದಿಸಿದಿರಾ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಹೌದು, ನಾನು ಅಸ್ಸಾಂಗೆ ಬಹಳಷ್ಟು ಬಾರಿ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಆಹಾರ ತಿಂದಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಈ ಬಾರಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಆಹಾರ ಸೇವಿಸಿದೆ. ನಾನು ಸಸ್ಯಹಾರವನ್ನು ಸವಿದೆ, ನಮ್ಮ ಸ್ನೇಹಿತರು ಮಾಂಸಹಾರವನ್ನು ಆನಂದಿಸಿ ಸವಿದರು” ಎಂದರು.
ಕಾಮಾಕ್ಯ ದೇವಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ದೇವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು, ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೇಳಬೇಕಲ್ಲವೇ?” ಎಂದರು.
ಅಸ್ಸಾಂ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಗೆಲ್ಲುವ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸ ಇದೆಯೇ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿಯೂ, ಅಮಿತ್ ಶಾ ಅವರು ಮರನೇ ಎರಡರಷ್ಟು ಬಹುಮತ ಪಡೆಯುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ ನಾವು ಮೂರನೇ ಎರಡರಷ್ಟು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗೆಲ್ಲುತ್ತೇವೆ, ಅವರು ಮೂರನೇ ಒಂದರಷ್ಟು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಗೆಲ್ಲುತ್ತಾರೆ” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
3 IPL Tickets for MLAs: DCM D K Shivakumar
Bengaluru, March 30: Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar today announced that KSCA has agreed to provide 3 free tickets per MLA for IPL matches and 2 free tickets for international matches.
Speaking to reporters at his Sadashivanagar residence, the DCM said, “Today I discussed the issue of tickets to MLAs with the KSCA president, officials, DNA, and RCB management. Last week they had agreed to provide 2 tickets as the tickets for the first match had already been sold. We met again today and closed the matter. If anyone is not interested in IPL tickets, they may inform us in writing and we will not provide them tickets. No one is being compelled.” He was replying to questions on what transpired in the meeting with KSCA.
When asked about MLAs demanding more tickets, he said, “Not all demands can be fulfilled. We had a discussion and arrived at this decision based on the situation. I also spoke with officials from Rajasthan, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Gujarat — about 50–60% of tickets there are distributed to government officials and related groups. Compared to them, our level of interference is far less.”
Sought submit proposal to increase stadium seating
“We also discussed how seating capacity can be increased in the stadium. We have spoken with the GBA Commissioner about identifying land for building a new stadium elsewhere. We have directed them to submit a proposal to the government. After the proposal is submitted, it will be discussed at the government level and necessary approvals will be given. Increasing capacity by 20,000 seats would benefit the public greatly.”
Will not excessively interfere in KSCA affairs
On the demand for a separate gallery for MLAs and Ministers during IPL, he said: “I won’t go into all that, it is left to the KSCA officials. I will not excessively interfere in their affairs. We are MLAs and MPs. I had this discussion only because of the ticket requests from MLAs. I won’t get into other matters beyond that.”
When asked whether the government will also allocate land to KSCA for stadium construction, given that the government is already planning to build one: “We have already given KSCA 25 acres of land, and also given land in Tumkur and Mysuru. In Bengaluru, Cabinet approval has been given for a stadium through KHB. What we are building in Suryanagar will benefit all sports and all people.”
By-election campaign begins tomorrow
On by-election campaigning, he said, “Of course we have to go. I should have gone today itself. The Chief Minister has already left for Bagalkote. Surjewala and I are going to Davanagere tomorrow, where we have some meetings. The day after I will go to Bagalkote. Then I will do another round of both constituencies. On April 5–6, I am going to Kerala for election campaigning. The Kerala visit was postponed to the 5th due to Easter and Good Friday.”
On the growing LPG shortage, he said: “On Tuesday morning at 9:30, Surjewala and I will hold a press conference at the KPCC office and speak on this matter.”
Congress walks the talk
When asked about Kharge announcing guarantee schemes in Assam yesterday: “I had come back after making speeches following his announcement. We do what we say. We have announced land rights. We have announced a health programme up to ₹25 lakh. In Assam, the BJP government gives only ₹1,200 per month and that too only to their party workers. We will give our schemes to all beneficiaries. We don’t give false promises like the BJP which said it will deposit ₹15 lakh in everyone’s account, or that ‘Acche Din’ were coming. Where did Acche Din come? Not one of you got ₹15 lakh in your account.”
When asked if he enjoyed traditional Assamese food: “Yes, I’ve visited Assam many times but had never eaten the local food. This time I did. I had the vegetarian dishes; my friends enjoyed the non-vegetarian.”
When asked about his visit to the Kamakhya Temple, he said, “One must visit God and pray. Do I need your permission for that?”
On whether he is confident of winning the Assam elections: “Absolutely. Amit Shah says they’ll win two-thirds majority. We will win two-thirds of the seats, and they’ll be left with one-third.”
