ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: ಜನೌಷಧಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಸ್ಥಗಿತ ಕುರಿತು ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ನೀಡಿದ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ತಡೆ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಖಾಸಗಿ ಲಾಬಿಗೆ ಮಣಿದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಈಗ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷ ನಾಯಕ ಆರ್.ಅಶೋಕ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಜನೌಷಧಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳ ಸ್ಥಗಿತದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ಮಧ್ಯಂತರ ತಡೆ ಆದೇಶ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಿಂದ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಖಾಸಗಿ ಮೆಡಿಕಲ್‌ ಫಾರ್ಮಾಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜನೌಷಧಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿತ್ತು. ಖಾಸಗಿ ಲಾಬಿಗೆ ಮಣಿದ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಈಗ ಹಿನ್ನಡೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನಾದರೂ ಆರೋಗ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಏನು ಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅರಿತು ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 260-270 ಔಷಧಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಔಷಧಿ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಔಷಧಿಗಳು ಜನೌಷಧಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿ ದರದಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಿದೆ. ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಹಾಸನ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಗೆ ಹೋದಾಗ ಒಬ್ಬರೇ ಹೃದ್ರೋಗ ತಜ್ಞ ವೈದ್ಯರು ಇರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂತು. ಹೃದಯ ಸಂಬಂಧಿ ರೋಗದ ತುರ್ತು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರು ಇಂಜೆಕ್ಷನ್‌ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಕಳಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನೌಷಧಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿದರೆ ಬಹಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಜೈಲಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗೃಹ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸತ್ತೇಹೋಗಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಾಕ್‌ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪಡೆ ರಚಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇಲ್ಲೂ ವೋಟ್‌ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್‌ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಕೈದಿಗಳ ಚಲನವಲನಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿಗಾ ಇರಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕು. ಜೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಬೈಲ್‌ ಬಳಕೆ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದರು.
ರಂಭಾಪುರಿ ಜಗದ್ಗುರುಗಳು ಅವರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಭಕ್ತರು ಬರುವಾಗ ಅವರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ಹೇಳಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದನ್ನೇ ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಹೇಳಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿನ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಸಾಗಣೆಗೆ ಹಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ, ಲಾರಿ ಮುಷ್ಕರ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಬಾಕಿ ಬಿಲ್‌ ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡು ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟರೆ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವಿಲ್ಲ. ಉಚಿತ ಬಸ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರೂ, ಶಾಲಾ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಾವಲಂಬಿ ಜೀವನ ನೀಡಿ ಎಂದು ಸ್ವಾಮೀಜಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದರು.
ಬಿಕೆ.ಹರಿಪ್ರಸಾದ್‌ ತುಳಿತಕ್ಕೊಳಗಾದ ಜನಾಂಗಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಮಾನ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಂಶಪಾರಂಪರ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರನ್ನು ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಕ್ರಮವಿಲ್ಲ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವವಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

Government hospitals are required to provide 260-270 medicines, but such a quantity is not available. Medicines are available at discounted rates at Jan Aushadhi centers. Recently, during a visit to Hassan hospital, I found only one cardiologist. In an emergency related to heart conditions, they administer an injection and send patients to Bengaluru. Closing Jan Aushadhi centers in such a situation would cause significant problems, he said.
Terrorists are being facilitated even in jails. The Home Department is completely defunct. The state government must immediately deport Bangladeshi and Pakistani citizens. A special task force should be formed for this purpose. Vote-bank politics should not be played here. Steps must be taken to monitor prisoners’ movements, and the use of mobile phones in jails should be prevented, he demanded.
