RCMS Bank Posts ₹9.19 Crore Net Profit, Declares 15% Dividend

Belagavi: Rani Channamma Mahila Sahakari Bank Niyamit, Belagavi, has achieved a net profit of ₹9.19 crore for the financial year 2025-26 and announced a 15% dividend for its stakeholders. The bank has also officially rebranded itself as RCMS Bank.
The announcements were made at the bank’s 30th Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) held at Kannada Bhavan, Nehru Nagar, Belagavi.
The meeting began with a solemn tribute to the departed members of the bank. The AGM was formally inaugurated with the traditional lighting of the lamp by Bank President Dr. Preeti Doddwad, Vice-President Smt. Roopa J. Munavalli, and members of the Board of Directors.

Strong Financial Performance


Presenting the bank’s financial performance as of March 31, 2026, President Dr. Preeti Doddwad said the bank had recorded strong growth across key financial parameters.
The bank’s deposits stood at ₹442.68 crore, while its total loan portfolio reached ₹274.55 crore. Reflecting its strong asset quality and effective recovery mechanism, the bank achieved Zero Net NPA (Non-Performing Assets) during the year.
In recognition of the bank’s robust financial performance, a 15% dividend has been declared for its stakeholders.


Expansion of Branch Network


As part of its expansion strategy, the bank successfully opened its Mahalingpur branch during the financial year 2025-26.
The bank is now planning to further expand its network by opening two new branches, including one in Haveri and another in a designated rural area. The expansion is aimed at taking modern banking and financial services closer to customers in rural and semi-urban regions.


New Own Premises and Head Office


The bank is also strengthening its infrastructure by investing in self-owned premises. RCMS Bank already has its own premises on College Road in Belagavi and in Hubballi.
During the current financial year, the bank plans to acquire two additional self-owned premises. One of these will provide a permanent premises for the Chikkodi branch, while the other will facilitate the establishment of a new Head Office.


Focus on Social Responsibility


Along with financial growth, RCMS Bank has continued to give importance to its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
During the year, the bank supported the education of underprivileged girl students by sponsoring their educational fees. It also felicitated meritorious students in recognition of their academic achievements and encouraged them to pursue higher goals.
As part of its commitment to improving educational infrastructure and sanitation facilities, the bank constructed dedicated toilets for girls in underprivileged schools across Chikkodi, Raibag and Athani taluks.
Dr. Preeti Doddwad said the bank would continue to focus on financial inclusion, infrastructure development and community welfare while expanding its services to women, students and people in rural areas.
The management expressed gratitude to the bank’s members, customers, employees and directors for their continued support and contribution to the institution’s growth.
