The Congress high command had directed the KPCC to reshuffle the organisational set up in the state appoint new office bearers immediately. The action follows the drubbing of the party in recently concluded Lok Sabha election.
All posts except the President and working president in KPP will be revamped as of now. This would give a fresh look to the party it is expected. Former Chief Minister Siddaramaih and minister Shivakumar who are in New Delhi held the discussion with the party high command in this regard.
The move has gained impotence as the mid-term poll is expected in the state. Once the different committees are reorganised then new persons will be appointed for the post of President and Working President of the party it is said.
