   Pragativahini News, Belagavi

“Since the pre-independence era, there has been a long cherished career among the youth in administrative services. Although this examination, which is considered highly competitive, is considered to be ‘difficult’, but in reality it is a ‘wide’ form of all the subjects. On the basis of accurate information, appropriate planning, continuity, it is very easy to achieve success in IAS Exams” expressed Rajkumar Patil, Belagavi branch head of  Unique Academy.

He was speaking on the workshop conducted by IQAC and Advanced Learner’s Group at KLS Gogte College of Commerce on “IAS Examinations Preparations”.

Mr. Patil further said that – despite being capable, students studying in rural, semi-urban and regional languages should are avoiding the exams due to lack of proper knowledge. Many misconceptions like ‘This is a very difficult test, it is necessary to be fluent in English, you should be smart and topper from school and college’, etc. create unnecessary fears among students. It requires continuous and honest work rather than just being intelligent to pass the exam. The study can be given the right direction with the proper view of the nature of the exam, the scope of the syllabus and the trend of question papers. That is why students of rural and semi-urban areas need to look seriously as a career in administrative services through competitive exams.

President of the program, Principal Dr. Virapura delivered welcome speech. IQAC Chief Professor Sarita Patil introduced the guests & conducted the program. Professor Gyamanyak proposed vote of thanks. Prof. Dr. Kamkar, Professor of Economics and Mr. Jitesh Mane, Project Manager, Unique Academy Belagavi were also present.
