ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ : ಕೆ.ಎಲ್.ಇ. ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿ ಆಫ್ ಹೈಯರ್ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್ ಅಂಡ್ ರಿಸರ್ಚ್ (ಕಾಹೇರ್)ನ ಕೆ.ಎಲ್.ಇ. ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಆಫ್ ಫಾರ್ಮಸಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಜಂಟಿ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರೊ. (ಡಾ.) ಸುನೀಲ ಎಸ್. ಜಲಾಲಪುರೆ ಅವರು ಕೆ.ಎಲ್.ಇ. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ನೂತನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾಗಿ ನೇಮಕಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
1998ರಿಂದ ಕೆ.ಎಲ್.ಇ. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಅವರು 2013ರಿಂದ ಆಜೀವ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬೋಧನೆ, ಸಂಶೋಧನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಆಡಳಿತ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 28 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಅನುಭವ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಡಾ. ಜಲಾಲಪುರೆ ಅವರು 2025ರ Global Scientist Indexನಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವದ ಅಗ್ರ 5% ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಿಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
UGC, AICTE, DST, ICMR ಹಾಗೂ DBT ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಂದ ₹4 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಅನುದಾನ ಪಡೆದಿರುವ ಅವರು 195ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಲೇಖನಗಳು, 8 ಪೇಟೆಂಟ್ಗಳು, 9 ಪಠ್ಯಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ 4 ಸಂಶೋಧನಾ ಗ್ರಂಥಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. 60 ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಹಾಗೂ 30 ಪಿ.ಎಚ್.ಡಿ. ಸಂಶೋಧಕರಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಅವರು AICTE ವಿಶ್ವೇಶ್ವರಯ್ಯ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ 20ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮತ್ತು ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಭಾಜನರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

: Prof. (Dr.) Sunil S. Jalalpure has been appointed as Secretary The Management of the KLE Society is pleased toannounce the appointment of Prof. (Dr.) Sunil S. Jalalpure as theorganization’s new Secretary. Dr. Jalalpure, who previously served as the JointSecretary, brings nearly three decades of administrative and academic expertiseto his new leadership role at the society’s head office.Dr. Jalalpure has been dedicated to the KLESociety since 1998 and became a Life Member in 2013. With 28 years ofexperience in teaching, research, and educational administration, he wasrecently ranked among the top 5% of scientists worldwide in the GlobalScientist Index 2025.Over his distinguished career, Dr. Jalalpure hassecured more than ₹4 crore in research grants from premier bodies like UGC,AICTE, DST, ICMR, and DBT. He has published over 195 research articles, holds 8patents, authored 13 books, and mentored 90 postgraduate and Ph.D. researchers.He is also the recipient of over 20 national and international awards,including the AICTE Visvesvaraya Best Teacher Award.President Shri Mahantesh Kojalgi, Vice-President Shri B.S.Tatawari, Chairman Shri Amit Kore, all members of the Board of Management, KLE Society, Chancellor of KLE University Dr. Prabhakar Kore and Vice Chancellor Dr. Sandeep Srivastava have extended their heartfelt congratulations.
