Three Kashmiri Engg Students at Hubballi Shouted Pak Favor Slogans Gets Bail
Pragativahini News, Hubballi : Three Kashmiri engineering students from a reputed engineering college at Hubballi who shouted slogans in favor of Pakistan got bail to get released from the court on Thursday.
Three students video recorded their shouting and circulated in one of their WhatsApp group and were arrested and jailed when it made viral in other groups, early this year.
The JMFC Court-2 at Hubballi granted bail as police delayed to file the Charge Sheet in prescribed time. Instead framing the Charge Sheet within 90 days of taking the accused into custody, the Hubballi Grameen Police filed on 109th day which was one of the reasons court to grant the bail.
While, Hubballi Youth Advocates’ Association president Ashok Anvekar described the students as anti-national and alleged police saying they intentionally delayed ti frame the Chare Sheet so they could get the bail.
