Pragativahini News, Belagavi : Sunday night food was the last dinner of Savita and Vidya in their life as they were killed on the spot when been out from home for a brief walk.
Savita Balkrishna Patil, 44, and Vidya Balakrishna Patil, 52, from Mutaga village in Belagavi taluk were killed on the spot when they were dashed from the back side by a speeding car which was driving by BJP worker Yuvaraj Jadhav from Balekundri KH village.
The accident occurred at around 11 pm on Sunday.
The deceased women with Shanta Krishna Chougule, 50, as usual been out for a walk after food. They were walking on the walkers path on the main road at Mutaga village when hit by the car. Shanta sustained injuries in the accident.
Yuvaraj Jadhav was going toward his home from Belagavi dashed the walking women. He also injured in the incident and admitted at the district hospital. Yuvaraj Jadhav was the Belagavi Taluk Yuva Morcha president of BJP.
The Marihal police have registered a case.
