Use Medical degree for the service of the Society: Venkaih Naidu

He was addressing the 9th Convocation ceremony of KLE Academy of Higher Education and research at Belagavi on Thursday.

Youths who have a medical degree and pursue career in medicine must treat the patients with sympathy. Naidu suggested that the medical profession is one of the most sacred professions and should be reserved for public service rather than money. The best and quality medical service, facilities should be provided affordable rate to common person of society, he added.

Similarly, we have the challenge of delivering the most advanced medical facilities in rural areas to rural areas. It should be provided by the young doctor at the priority. Government has established primary health centres to provide medical facilities in rural areas. Private companies are also required to take advantage of this and provide better facilities in rural areas Naidu said.

The growth of technology has seen a rapid change in healthcare section. There is no doubt that this is getting good treatment for many ailments.
Providing the best medical service to people in the society who are oppressed or in rural areas cannot be confined to the government alone. So everyone, including private ones, has to join this.
There have been many types of disorders in recent years due to the changing lifestyle due to a lack of physical hemorrhage. So he told us to emphasize on other physical bodies, including yoga.
Young people are malnourished because they ignore the country’s diet by imitating Western lifestyle. The rice and corn floor which are the part of our culture would keep us in good health he said.

Dr. Prabhakar Kore, Rajya Sabha Member and Vice Chancellor of f KLE University, Dr Viveka Savoji, Dr VD Patil and others were present. Gold medal was awarded to 23 students in various categories at the ceremony.
