5K SVEEP Walkathon With Family And Friends for Voting Awareness
District Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) committee in Association with #BelagaviVotes100% has organised a 5k Walk with family , friends to walk for creating awareness on Voting and promoting the percentage of Voting in Belagavi.
The walkathon aims at sensitising voters to exercise their franchise without fail. The walkathon will be held on April 5, the organisers said. The programme will begin at CPED Belagavi at 6.30 am and for the details of the route the organisers have requested to refer the map they have already published. People coming by the four wheelers and bikes can park their vehicles at the same ground, the organisers said. A certificate will be provided as “Ambassador of Democracy”- for participating in Walkathon to create awareness for voting among public. T-shirts/Water/Banana and light snacks will be provided, the organisers said. A large selfie “Sheru”???? backdrop at ground level base will be kept at the ground were finisher can come and sign it and take a selfie.
