Entire Belagavi Dist Under Lock, No Including Police Seen on the Road
Pragativahini News, Belagavi : For the first time in the history entire Belagavi district is being locked for a nobel cause to avoid spreading the deadly virus COVID-19.
Responding to PM Modi’ call for “Janata Curfew”, people staying in the houses, most of the roads are almost wearing a deserted look and people seen very rare on roads.
All the commercial establishment were shut, government has took back the services of the buses, no other public carriers came on the roads, vehicle movement on highway is also rare.
Only two buses -One each from Bengaluru and Mysuru- arrived in the morning with less passengers.
The team led by City Corporation KH Jagadish spread dettol spray on roads, public places, bus stand, temple and other grills to kill early the alive virus.
Police, instead being on roads, monitoring the things through CCTV cameras and instructing people through the fixed loud speakers if seen on the roads to go home.
