Pragativahini News, Belagavi : A 23-year-old youth from Bellad Bagewadi in Hukkeri taluk who died due to illness at Gujarat two days ago was cremated in Karnataka border at Koganolli on Wednesday afternoon.
The youth was working at Gujarat died on Monday, his parents and relatives after completion of all formality brought the body in a vehicle via Maharashtra. However, the officials in Karnataka didn’t allowed the body to be taken inside the state and helped the grieving family to cremate at a barren land belonged to government at Koganolli. Police and senior taluk officials attended the funeral. The body was not allowed to take to his native due to COVID-19.
