ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ: “ಜನಾರ್ದನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಗೆ ಕಾಲಿಡೋವರೆಗೂ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಗಲಾಟೆ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಣ್ಣ ಅಹಿತಕರ ಘಟನೆ ಆಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಣ್ಣ ಎಫ್ಐಆರ್ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರು ಬಂದಮೇಲೆ ಗಲಭೆ ಆಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಹಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಪಕ್ಷ ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸಕ ಭರತ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಬೆನ್ನಿಗೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಲಿದೆ. ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಯಾರು ಎಂಬುದು ತನಿಖೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಬರಲಿದ್ದು, ಕಾನೂನು ತನ್ನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ. ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡಿದವರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಿಎಂ ಗೃಹಕಚೇರಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಜಂಟಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಶನಿವಾರ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
“ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಮಹರ್ಷಿಯವರ ಪುತ್ಥಳಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಶಾಸಕರು ಅದರ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಗರದ ಎಲ್ಲೆಡೆ ಅದರ ಪೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ತಪ್ಪೇನಿದೆ? ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆ ಮುಂದೆಯೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು ಪೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಹಾಕುತ್ತಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ನಾನು ಬೇಡ ಎನ್ನಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ? ಈ ಪೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಹಾಕುವುದರಿಂದ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಆಗಿರುವ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆದರೂ ಏನು? ಅವರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಕಿದ್ದಾರೆ? ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಜಗಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬರುವ ಅಗತ್ಯವೇನಿತ್ತು. ನಾವು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತನನ್ನು ಕಳೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರು. ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಿಎಂ, ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರು ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಉಸ್ತುವಾರಿ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಪೊಲೀಸರ ತನಿಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಷೇಪ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ” ಎಂದು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದರು.
“ಪಕ್ಷದ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಈ ಘಟನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ನಡೆಸಲು ಹೆಚ್.ಎಂ. ರೇವಣ್ಣ ಅವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಿತಿ ರಚಿಸಿ, ನಿಯೋಗ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ. ಬಿಜೆಪಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಗೆಲುವು ಅರಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಸೋತ ನಂತರ ಶ್ರೀರಾಮುಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಜನಾರ್ದನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರು ತಬ್ಬಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರ ನಡುವೆ ಏನೇನೂ, ಎಷ್ಟಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತೆ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ ರಿಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ತರಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾವು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಿಎಂ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಜನಾರ್ದನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರು ಅಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬರುವವರೆಗೂ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಗಲಾಟೆ ನಡೆದಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.” ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.
“ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಗನ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗನ್ ವಿತರಣೆ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಿ, ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ ರೂಪಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಶಾಸಕರಾದ ಭರತ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರು ಮನೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಕೆಪಿಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ನೀವು ಅದನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪುತ್ತೀರಾ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಯಾರೂ ಮನೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಕಿ ಹಚ್ಚುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಮೊದಲು ಅವರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಏನಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇನೆ” ಎಂದರು.
ಜನಾರ್ದನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಮನೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಭರತ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರು ಪೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಅಂಟಿಸಿದ್ದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಭರತ್ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಇದ್ದರಾ? ಜನಾರ್ದನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರ ಮನೆ ಮುಂದೆ ವಾಲ್ಮೀಕಿ ಅವರ ಪೋಸ್ಟರ್ ಇರಬಾರದಾ? ಇದ್ದರೆ ತಪ್ಪೇನಿದೆ?” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಗುಂಡು ಹಾರಿಸಿರುವುದು ಸರಿಯೇ ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಯಾರು ಗುಂಡು ಹಾರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಕಾನೂನು ತನ್ನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ. ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡಿದವರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಂತಿ, ನೆಮ್ಮದಿ ನೆಲೆಸುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯ
ಎಸ್ಪಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ನನಗೆ ಈ ಘಟನೆ ತಿಳಿದ ತಕ್ಷಣೆ ಎಸ್ಪಿ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಎಸ್ಪಿ ಯಾವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು ಎಂಬುದು ನನ್ನ ಅನುಭವಕ್ಕೇ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಅವರು ಏನು ಉತ್ತರ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದ ಎಸ್ಪಿ, ಐಜಿ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಸಕರ ಜತೆಗೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಬೇರೆ ನಾಯಕರ ಜತೆಗೂ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಶ್ರೀರಾಮುಲು ಕೂಡ ನನಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಈ ಘಟನೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದರು. ನಾನು ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಇಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮುಖ್ಯವಲ್ಲ. ಶಾಂತಿ ನೆಲೆಸುವುದು ಬಹಳ ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯ ಜನ ನೆಮ್ಮದಿಯ ವಾತಾವರಣ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ನಮಗೆ ಅದು ಮುಖ್ಯ. ಪಕ್ಷದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷನಾಗಿ ನನಗೆ ನನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಇದೆ” ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಜನಾರ್ದನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಡ್ರಾಮಾ ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್, ಕೋಟೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವರನ್ನು ಯಾರು ತಾನೇ ಕೊಲ್ಲಲು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ?
ನನ್ನ ಹತ್ಯೆಗೆ ಸಂಚು ರೂಪಿಸಿದ್ದರು ಎಂಬ ಜನಾರ್ದನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಅವರು ಡ್ರಾಮಾ ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್. ಅವರು ಮೊದಲೇ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ನಿರ್ಮಾಪಕರಲ್ಲವೇ? ಡ್ರಾಮಾ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಕೋಟೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನೂರು ಜನ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಹತ್ಯೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ? ಬದಲಿಗೆ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಬೇರೆಯದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಭಯವಿದೆ. ಜನಾರ್ಧನ ರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಅವರ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರಿಗೆ ಸೋಲು ಅರಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಆಗುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಈ ರೀತಿ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಯಾರ ಇತಿಹಾಸ ಏನಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ನೀವೇ ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು” ಎಂದು ತಿರುಗೇಟು ನೀಡಿದರು.

Bengaluru, Jan 3: Stating that Ballari was peaceful until Janardhan Reddy stepped into Ballari, Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar today said that the culprits of Ballari violence would be brought to justice.
Addressing the joint press conference at CM’s Home office Krishna, he said, “There was no violence until Janardhan Reddy was allowed into Ballari. He doesn’t have any right to talk about the violence. Our party will stand behind our MLA Bharat Reddy. The investigations will find out the culprits and strict action will be taken against them.”
“Our government is erecting a statue of Maharshi Valmiki in Ballari for the first time and our MLA had taken the responsibility of that. What is wrong in putting up banners for the event across the city? BJP erects banners in front of my house too, what’s wrong in it? There was no need for Janardhan Reddy to come into the picture. The investigation is going on and I won’t interfere in that,” he said.
“We have formed a committee from the party under the leadership of H M Revanna to study the incident. BJP is not able to digest Congress’ victory in Ballari. Sriramulu and Janardhan Reddy are acting like friends after the defeat, we know the truth. They are trying to bring back the ‘Republic of Ballari’ once again and we will not allow that. Our CM has given clear instructions on that. We have confiscated private guns in Ballari in view of this incident. We will formulate new regulations for gun ownership,” he said.

Asked if he would agree with Congress MLA Bharat Reddy threatening to set their house on fire, he said, “No one is going to burn down anything. I don’t agree with that. I will look into what he has said.”
Asked about firing, he said, “We are investigating who has fired. Law will take its course. The guilty will be punished.”
Asked about the suspension of the SP of Ballari, he said, “I spoke to the SP immediately after the incident and I know what stage the SP was in. I know what he answered me. I spoke to other leaders too. Sriramulu also called me. Politics is not important, we want peace in Ballari.”
Janardhan Reddy is a drama master
Asked about Janardhan Reddy’s statement that there was a conspiracy to kill him, he said, “He is a drama master. He is movie producer after all and it is natural for him to act. Who will try to kill a man who has a built a fort and has hundreds of security staff. In fact, the people of Ballari are worried. Reddy family is not able to digest the defeat in Ballari and hence they are making these accusations.”
