ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ:“ಶೃಂಗೇರಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಅಂಚೆ ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮರುಎಣಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಸಿಂಧುಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಡೀ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂತಹ ಅಪರಾಧ ನಡೆದಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾನೂನು ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ” ಎಂದು ಡಿಸಿಎಂ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
ಸಿಎಂ ಗೃಹಕಚೇರಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರು ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಶೃಂಗೇರಿ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಮರುಎಣಿಕೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, “ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಮತ ಎಣಿಕೆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಅಂಚೆ ಮತವನ್ನು ತೆರೆದು ಎರಡೂ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಏಜೆಂಟರು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತೋರಿಸಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ರೀತಿ ಮತ ಎಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅಂಚೆ ಮತಗಳನ್ನು ತಿದ್ದಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿಯೇ ಅವರು ನಿರ್ದಿಷ್ಟ ಮತಗಳ ಬಂಡಲ್ ಅನ್ನೇ ಮರು ಎಣಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಂದು ಪಟ್ಟು ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದರು. ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಈ ಅಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಗಂಭೀರವಾದ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ಈ ವಿಚಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಒದಗಿಸಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಇದು ದೇಶದಲ್ಲೇ ಅತಿ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಷಡ್ಯಂತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಇಂತಹ ಕೆಲಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನಾವು ಕಾನೂನಾತ್ಮಕ ಹೋರಾಟ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಹೇಗೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನಮಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ” ಎಂದು ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದರು.
Votes cast for Congress candidate have been tampered with in Sringeri: DCM D K Shivakumar
Bengaluru, May 5: Stating that the postal votes cast in favour of the Congress were tampered with to invalidate them in the recounting of votes in Sringeri assembly constituency, Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar today said the party would fight it out legally.
Responding to questions from the media at the CM’s official residence ‘Krishna’, the DCM, who is also the KPCC President, said, “In the Sringeri constituency assembly election, the postal votes cast for the Congress candidate have been tampered with and invalidated during the recount. No such crime has occurred anywhere else in the country. We will fight this legally.”
When asked about the Sringeri constituency recount, he said: “During the vote count, every postal ballot was opened, shown to agents of both parties and officials, validated, and then counted. After this counting process was completed, the BJP candidate misused officials to tamper with the postal ballots. That is exactly why they insisted on a recount of that specific bundle of votes. The officials and the BJP candidate were involved in this irregularity, and a serious investigation must be conducted. The Election Commission must deliver justice in this matter.”
“This is the biggest conspiracy in the country. The BJP in Karnataka has been involved in such activities, and we will fight this legally. We know how to do politics,” he said.
