ಪ್ರಗತಿವಾಹಿನಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ : ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು Global Academy of Technology ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ INTERACT 2026 ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಟೆಕ್ನೋ-ಕಲ್ಚರಲ್ ಫೆಸ್ಟ್ನಲ್ಲಿ KLS ಗೋಗಟೆ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ (KLS GIT), ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಜನರಲ್ ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್ಶಿಪ್ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಗಳಿಸಿದೆ.
ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ KLS GIT ನ ಸುಮಾರು 100 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ, ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ, ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ, ಲಲಿತಕಲೆ, ಕ್ರೀಡೆ, ನೃತ್ಯ, ಸಂಗೀತ, ನಾಟಕ, ಫೋಟೋಗ್ರಫಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಇ-ಗೇಮಿಂಗ್ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅನೇಕ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರು.
ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಆರ್ಟ್, ವಾದವಿವಾದ, ಫೋಟೋಗ್ರಫಿ, ಗುಂಪು ನೃತ್ಯ, Battle of the Bands, ಶಾರ್ಟ್ ಫಿಲ್ಮ್, BGMI, ಎಲೋಕ್ಯೂಷನ್, ಕ್ರಿಯೇಟಿವ್ ರೈಟಿಂಗ್ ಮುಂತಾದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಥಮ, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಹಾಗೂ ತೃತೀಯ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದು ತಮ್ಮ ಅದ್ಭುತ ಪ್ರತಿಭೆ ಮತ್ತು ತಂಡಭಾವವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.
ಈ ಸಾಧನೆಗೆ KLS ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ, ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲ ಡಾ. ವಿಜಯ ಅಥವಲೆ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ವ್ಯವಹಾರಗಳ ಡೀನ್ ಪ್ರೊ. ಸತೀಶ P. ದೇಶಪಾಂಡೆ, ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲ ಕಾರಣವೆಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.
KLS Gogte Institute of Technology (KLS GIT), Belagavi, emerged as the General Champions at INTERACT 2026, a national-level techno-cultural fest hosted by Global Academy of Technology, Bengaluru, from May 13–15, 2026. Around 100 students from KLS GIT participated and secured numerous prizes across cultural, technical, literary, fine arts, sports, dance, music, dramatics, photography, and e-gaming events.
Students achieved multiple first, second, and third positions in competitions such as Digital Art, Debate, Photography, Group Dance, Battle of the Bands, Short Film, BGMI, Elocution, Creative Writing, and more, showcasing exceptional talent and teamwork.
The institute credited the achievement to the support and guidance of KLS Management, Principal Dr. Vijay Athavle, Dean of Student Affairs Prof. Satish P. Deshpande, faculty coordinators, and student coordinators who ensured successful participation and coordination throughout the fest.
KLS GIT Clinches the General Championship at INTERACT 2026, Global Academy of Technology, Bengaluru
BELAGAVI, KARNATAKA — May 18, 2026 — The cultural, techno, and sports delegation of KLS Gogte Institute of Technology (KLS GIT) has brought immense laurels to the institute by winning the prestigious General Championship at INTERACT 2026. The national-level techno-cultural fest was hosted at the Global Academy of Technology (GAT), Bengaluru, from May 13th to May 15th, 2026.
Adding yet another feather to KLS GIT’s illustrious cap, a contingent of approximately 100 students delivered exceptional performances across multiple domains, sweeping numerous prizes and showcasing their unparalleled talent, teamwork, and dedication.
The institute extends its deepest gratitude to the KLS Management, Principal Dr. Vijay Athavle, and Dean of Student Affairs Prof. Satish P Deshpande for their visionary leadership and unwavering support. Special thanks are also extended to Cultural Convener Prof. Seena Kalghatgi and Co-convener Prof. Hrishikesh Mogare for their continuous guidance.
The successful execution and management of this large contingent were made possible by the dedicated efforts of Faculty Coordinators Prof. Rashmi Adoor and Prof. Venkatesh Patil, who accompanied and mentored the students. Furthermore, the seamless coordination at GAT was spearheaded by KLS GIT Student Cultural General Secretary Shreya Patil and General Secretary Aditya Math.
