Subhash Ningappa Vannur, 40, a clerk working in Hunashikatti Gram Pachayat in Chennammana Kittur taluk was killed in an accident on Tuesday night.
His bike repordly hit the road devider it is said. Immediately after 6he accident he was shifted to the district hospital in Belagavi but died. Local people blamed the NHAI authorities for unscientific highway work for the repeated accidents in the area.
Kittur police have registered a case.
